a year agoI’ve used this car wash a few times. It’s very inconsistent. Today, I paid $25 for the car wash which included $10 in options. My first complaint is that neither of the two brushes that are supposed to scrub the hood and top of your car ever drop down. They spin, but they are all the way up. They never touch the car. My second complaint is that the polishing/drying brushes at the exit only brush the hood and front fenders. Not worth the extra $5. Truck came out so spotted with all the bugs still on it. Disappointed to say the least. Pictures aren’t the best, but you get the idea. Looks terrible in person.a year agoIn my opinion this is the best car wash around. I’ve tried many and my cars come out looking like I just had sprayed off my car with the water hose but this car wash is great because the attendant actually takes the time to spray your car down with water to get all of the hard to get things off and make sure your car is wet before it goes into the car wash so no dirt gets scratched on your car other car washes just might quickly spray a light mist or not spray at all which will only cause scratches in the long run by here the attendant even on the Fourth of July takes the time before sending you into the car wash . Also the vacuums here are great because they just don’t have the one big attachment that you can never squeeze between your door in your seat they actually have a thin one that you can get down into the nooks and crannies of everything when you’re vacuuming. The last thing I’ll mention is I really like that they actually have a dry shine at this car wash so you can make sure there’s no watermarks on your car it gets your car completely dry and shined.a year agoI used to love this place! Sadly, it’s taken a downturn over the past few months. Today, the top roller brush that drops over the hood and roof never dropped. Next the side chammies didn’t start until it was past the doors. The one that dries the top was six inches from touching the hood. I stopped to complain and they wouldn’t give a managers contact information. Not even an email address! They couldn’t refund my money or issue credit. They offered to run it through again but what would that change? Again, I asked repeatedly for management contact info and was told…”no”. Therefore, one star for service and two for the wash. That being said, everyone that I’ve encountered that works there does their job well and I have no complaints with the workers just the owners and lack of attention to their equipment. Ah, one more thing, the vacuums are definitely not what they used to be.3 weeks agoI recommend this place most definitely, and the vacuum is exceptional!2 years agoThis is a pretty good car wash. Car always comes out clean. I rarely have any issues with the outcome (lint from dry and shine) However, I wish they offered the 5 day guarantee like some other car washes. 4 out of 5 is still great!

The automatic car wash did a thorough job of cleaning my car, and the best part was the free vacuuming service they offered. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been in so I came through and a guy came to take my card and I said I just wanted the basic $3 wash. He said that the basic wash was $17. I said, No. I don’t want the membership I just want the basic wash for the $3 you advertise, pointing at the sign. He said the basic wash with the membership will cost you just $6 for today and then they charge you the other $12 for the membership. Soooo, NO! 1. 6+12=$18 not $17 like the membership. 2. I don’t want a membership. I just want a basic car wash. I don’t live on this side of town. I just drop in when I’m visiting. He says, then is will be $17. WHAT?!?!? The giant sign literally says $3 car wash! I have been buying these here without a membership. He then continued to insist that a membership is $17 or a single non member wash is $17…I will not be back! I’m guessing they get commission from selling memberships. Craziest interaction ever!

Very unprofessional. I bought a car for my daughter today and it was really dirty. Never been to DJ’s before but it looked nice. Pulled into spend whatever it took to get my car clean. Backed up to the vacuum to get started and the owner/manager said I had to wash first. I told him I wanted to vacuum first. Before I could even explain he screamed expletives at me and my teenage daughter and told me to get off his property. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I took my money and spent the next two hours washing away up the street at Star Wash. Your loss DJ!
I got the quack attack wash. The attendant put deep scratches in my paint (past the clear coat) using the scrub brush as he was audibly banging it against my car. The wash then ripped a hubcap off my vehicle. My car also bottomed out at the beginning of the wash and I drive a Prius at stock ride height. I recommend staying away from this car wash unless you want permanent damage to your vehicle.
It was the best Saturday night ever. The techs were great! You pull up to pay area I only wanted car washed and wheels cleaned- fantastic job!
