a week agoCame through with my car today and had a wonderful experience with a employee named Julian. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and helped me with the best options for my car. I just happened to be in the area wasting some time before an appointment, but now that I know this place has people with a genuine customer service, respectful members like Julian, and great prices and service- I’ll be back just for that! What an amazing place!a month agoWish I could rate it 6 out of 5 stars. I paid for the $10 car wash after coming back from a trip to Canada, lots of bugs on the front end of the van. First pass through the car wash didn’t get all the bugs off, attendant let me go through again for free. Very friendly, highly recommend!3 weeks agoGreat Car Wash, and unexpectedly, outstanding bathrooms🚽 🚻 😂!!Also, they have these amazing Car 🚙 Vacuum Cleaners!! They seriously work wonders on your Car 🚙!!
And we certainly can’t forget about the wonderful Car 🚙 Floor Mats Washer!! They are miracle workers!!
Overall, this is a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious place, with fantastic staff/employees!!
a week agoStill bugs everywhere on the front of my truck, wax is applied poorly and looks like smudges all over the truck, and definitely noticeable scratches in the clear coat of my brand new truck. I will never go back. Very disappointed11 months agoOn a good note, it took the light dirt off.I can say this is the first car wash I have been to that didn’t touch the bugs on the front! Really disappointed. I spent $15 and really the wash just cleaned the wind shield. The vacuum got some of the rocks and grass up bit didn’t touch the dog hair.

a month agoMost visits to the car wash I find at least one of the spinning brushes and fairly often two nit working. The length-wise top brush rarely works and lately the last set of side brushes are not working. It would be great if all the brush stations would work all the time since that is what I pay for with my monthly subscription.a year agoCar Was USA Express is a great local car wash. I purchased the monthly membership, which pays for itself. I have to wash my car at least twice per week due to the constant changes in weather. Two car washes without the membership is the same price as the monthly unlimited car wash price, which makes the monthly membership an outstanding deal. Initially I had an issuer with my monthly membership chip, the staff did an outstanding job remedying my issue and so never had an issue again. I pay monthly for their best package $40 a month. My wheels never get clean. I have to go around my car and get the stuff the car washed missed, thankfully they have rags and cleaning supplies so I can do it myself. The manager and woman employee were nice but the actual car wash and the guy that sprays your car off first are both worthless. Had to go through twice and the guy sprayed for another minute or so before the second wash but the car is still dirty! He was worthless and so is the automatic wash, I just grabbed a towel and hand wash when I got home to basically wipe off the front, mirrors and side of my car. I didn’t even have to work at it to get the bugs and dirt off! The automatic wash is shorter than any other and the worst I have been to in 10 different states! Don’t waste your money and apparently their time to end up doing it yourself after q couple trips through.
We have a membership here and go through quite a lot. The automatic car wash does a pretty good job and we keep towels in the car to do finer touch-ups after going through. The dash wipes are almost useless except for the smaller dash area. We have used another place in our winter home town that provides real towels to use that you exchange each visit and that is much better for us than these disposable wipes. Overall, the monthly cost for Express Car Wash is worth having to keep our car clean!
The sweetest, most pleasant young lady at the window!! And the lady running the wash was just as lovely!. My kids love this car wash! And so does my car. Configuration makes it a little tight for our full sized pickup, though.
Will cause scratches to your vehicle. I had a membership with express car wash. On their website, they said that they would fix any damage to your vehicle caused by their car wash, only if your vehicle is not older than 5yrs. I have a brand new vehicle, only a few months old. I decided to get the membership knowing that they would fix any issues to my car. Unfortunately, I did receive a lot of surface scratches across the side panels of my car from a visit. I filed a incident report with them. The manager made me feel guilty for filing a report. She ended up taking my report and pictures of the scratches. She told me that I would be contacted in a few days. A month went by and no one contacted me. I called them and they said they cannot fix the scratches on my car because their camera did not see any scratches caused by their brushes. I don’t know any camera, that can see scratches on a vehicle. They refused to show me the videos, and to get back to me. They could have simple been bugged out. I highly do not recommend going here.

I dont know what they use in the wash but i had just painted a truck and i only took it thru here before i sold it. The buyer drove 3 hours home and then called me to ask what wax i used before because all the bugs he just hit washed right off with a hose lol.
