  I have a small car and this car wash always seems to miss the right side of my car, see picture, however I have never seen it look this bad. I paid for the $13 wash. I will try other locations and post a review of those places. I will not be returning to this location.

  I realized a month or more back that there were some ladders inside and I thought they upgrading their washers. It seems that the car barely gets washed now and I pay for a membership. I went today and my car came out barely washed. I’ll be canceling my membership before it’s time to pay again. I shouldn’t be being charged when the machines aren’t fully working. I feel like I get the basic wash now and barely any soap is dispensed. The dryers barely complete before I’m told to move forward. Not to mention my license plate has been folded.

  I am not understanding why there is a tip built into the system as there is no manual Services done it’s all automated. What I hate is an attendant that walks over to take your credit card just to swipe in the machine that I can do myself and to always try to talk me into buying their monthly plan which I do not plan on ever doing this and for them to also guilt trip you into providing a tip I think that if you have employees at this facility they should have some other work to do other than trying to Guilt Trip people into leaving a tip or to talk people into services that you don’t want I don’t need a car wash monthly just every now and then. Also if you really want to earn a tip here have people out drying the car manually when they come out and doing a little detailing with Tire dressing and at that point they would deserve a tip because they’re physically doing something other than just standing there so unless I’m getting a full auto detail or something where and attendant actually touches my vehicle no one should ever have to tip these people

  Love Mister Car Wash and the friendly staff. Always a pleasure everyone is so nice and the carwash is so convenient. They also have great car mat cleaners which is a plus!

  I liked the car wash better when it was car wash barn because they had a detail service and if you went before 10:00 you could get a $3 car wash. The car was does a great job and they have the best self serve vacuums. The vacuums are free.

  Went to wash my car and the guy charged my card then told me he couldn’t send me through bc the mud was too much. It was hardly any at all and if their equipment can’t handle a little mud here’s an idea don’t charge a person for a wash then refuse to send them through and tell me I have to wait 2-3 days to get my money back. No you were fast to take my money but want me wait 3 days to get it back I don’t think so. Worst place I’ve ever been too and obviously scared of a little mud on a car.

  Terrible customer service. Didn’t bother to advise customers to fold in mirrors or remove antenna prior to entering. There is a sign posted at the wash entrance where they begin pressure washing and scrubbing which blocks your view of the sign. This resulted in a damaged quarter panel and bent antenna. Their policy is that they are not liable for damage and they go the extra mile to make sure they do nothing to help prevent vehicle damage. I will not be spending my money at any Take 5 Car wash in the future.

  I have had a membership here for almost a year. I have been truly unsatisfied with the wash and the service. I have complained about their entrance driveway multiple times due to the crater for a pothole. I go to these places so I can also vacuum out my car which I have not been able to do well, due to the constant lack of suction. For the money I’m Frustrated.

  Staff is great but for $21 dollars the wash is horrible my truck was still dirty and the vacuum system sucks it doesn’t pickup anything had to go some place else for another wash

  We went to Aladdin yesterday to have my explorer washed and got the diamond wash, it was amazing!!!! The car looks so much better and even the hard to clean stuff came off!!! No more bugs in my grille!!!!
