  After driving to Kalaloch a couple times this summer, I decided it was time to go through the car wash. I’ve used their services before and was pleased with how they did.

  I went two days ago and got the second to last option. I think it was the $15 or $14 one.

  I thought it did pretty good since the side and rear looked decent but as soon as I walked past the front, wow. No. I’ve included a picture so hopefully it shows that the front of the car is still very dirty, including the fronts of the mirror.

  Completely wasted my money here.

  Line moves quickly to get in and out. The vacuum stations can be hit and miss. Make sure to check nozzle for clog before paying. Tip, they usually have towels to wipe down car after wash near the attendants at car wash entry.

  Love the car wash. Wish they would have kept the brush were you could tip for them to get scrubbed. All the good stuff the eliminate all the dumb stuff they keep. Someone help these folks understand.

  I went here a year ago and it damaged my side vinyl trim. Today I gave it another shot and it damage my rear wiper and bent the original frame hook that latches onto the wiper. I paid for the $15 car wash so it cleans the under carriage too but I haven’t look underneath. I will not be using this or giving it another shot in the future.

  I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and have never had any issues. Even with the new automated system getting my car was is seamless. They still have a couple of workers on site and they always seem ready to assist if you need it.

  The car wash left considerable amount of Suds on the truck when it was finished the attendant offered to run it through a whole another time for free I declined and took some towels and wiped it off myself which was no problem I appreciate having an option thank you very much for your service I will certainly be coming back

  My bf and I came here and were extremely disappointed. This was around 5:30-6pm. The self serve machine did not stop counting time the first time I pressed the stop button, thankfully I noticed eventually but not until after it ran me up to twice the amount of time I actually used the wash. There were tweakers walking around who asked us for money while in the middle of washing our cars. This place only has 2 vacuums, and they were covered in trash. My bf went over to use one, but I noticed used syringes with needles on the ground! I should have taken a picture but I was just so blown away all I wanted to do was get out of there. So we did not touch anything else and just left. So much for all the good reviews.

  Brought my brand new car here for its first ever wash. Upon returning home I noticed that the passenger side was still filthy. Very disappointed as I have taken other cars here and have had a pleasurable experience.

  Out of ALL the Car Wash options throughout Tacoma my hubs will only visit this car wash at this location. He enjoys the friendly staff that greet you as you pull up to pay and immediately they begin to wash wheels & windows prior to even entering the car wash. The Car Wash experience is enjoyable and offers touch free features so that even the newest of vehicles can enjoy getting clean without getting scratches in a new paint job!!! After experiencing a 10 step wash and hot wax you can then pull right up to a Vacuum Station that allows you to get your carpets back to clean. Also on sight are several vending machines that offer a variety of interior and exterior car needs such as Armor All, Air Fresheners, Tire Cleaners, and more…. The parking lot also offers a Coffee Stand and across the street is a gas station, so if your car needs a wash Classy Chassis is your 1 stop shop!!!

  Very disappointed with the machine wash I got this morning. Paid for the most expensive wash and both sides of my car were completely missed. COMPLETELY MISSED, BOTH SIDES!! Unfortunately when I got there at 0830hrs there were piles of trash all around with literally hundreds of used syringes everywhere. Glad I didn’t have my children with me. More than likely would’ve went to a different car wash so I wouldn’t have needed to make them stay in the car. Extremely bothered by the poor wash I got here🤨😒😠
