  I realize the wash a lot of towels.
  But can there ever be DRY towels.
  Do they not know how to clean the lint filter.
  Are they over filling the dryer.

  I open account with Silverstar in March 2020 . The person working there made a change to my account and ended up with two accounts instead of one. So three years later I caught this and I’ve been paying for two accounts when should of been only charged for one and was told there’s nothing that can be about their mistake.

  After a night of driving from Mt Rushmore my car had so many bugs. I could not see through windshield. $10 got me on the road again. The disgust on the persons face cleaning the windshield was priceless but overall they did a good job and got 90% off. The drying of car has a lot less to be desired. You will need to towel dry your car yourself

  When the carwash was new my car was clean. Now i run my car through there is less soap the workers rush cars thru and dont have time to wet or scrub windows and back of car down. My back end of car is still dirty. Less water and car isnt dry. They say if not clean you can run it through free again but who wants to wait in line to have a second car wash.

  I am not one to leave bad reviews. I love to support businesses compared to talking down on them but I am not impressed.
  I went in to get the 44$ “detail” but the moment I went to get back in my car I noticed a lot of spots they missed. My cup holders were still full of crumbs and all wet, the doors still had dirt all over them, my seats still had a big white spot, my steering wheel still had dirt on it, the dash still had a couple spots, and my carpet on the passenger side was full of coffee from a spill that had happened earlier.
  They were very kind people, which I appreciated, but I regret spending the money to have my car to still look this way.

  Not impressed with my first visit to Clean Ride. Paid for the 44 dollar “detail” and it was lackluster at best. When I arrived home, I noticed the windows were not cleaned (I could see old fingerprints). The cup holders still had spilled coffee from a earlier Starbucks disaster. Seats and crevices still had some dirt. Realized I wasted money and do a much better job myself. At least the young man received a great tip from me regardless 🤷‍♀️

  Not sure if I’ll give them a second shot. Really disappointed in the quality.

  I saw the previous reviews of people complaining and I had to put this review out there because they are not telling the truth. First off Clean Ride Auto did such an amazing job! My Jeep looks brand new, smells brand new and all the dog hair was 100% removed! Highly recommend! A++++ The outside is also 100% high quality detailed! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m so happy,and I was referred to them by superior auto detail. Pictures I posted don’t even give them justice.

  If I could post a 1/2 star review I would! What an absolute JOKE of a “detail” I paid $65 for the “express” detail, which I did not have high expectations for considering the price, but oh my was mistaken how pathetic of a “detail” this really was.

  Cons: Doors dirty, floor mats dirty, windows dirty, floor not vacuumed (sorta), dash dirty, center counsel dirty, door jams dirty.

  Pros: NONE

  Literally a $65 car wash and an armoul wipe down is all it is in reality.

  I am beyond disappointed that I wasted my money in hopes of having even a reasonable detail for the price, but all things considered this was 100% a waste of money. Very disappointed in the service.

  I’ve been a monthly subscriber at clean ride Auto spa for quite some time now. I’ve never one time had a bad experience and when I go there I utilize the express detail. I utilize the dog spa and I utilize the coffee shop. The staff is always friendly. Courteous. The job is top-notch. Any little situation and upper management is there to take care of business. I highly recommend this place.

  Absolutely terrible service. They scratched our hood and roof of our car and won’t cover the damages. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else because they have been terrible to work with on this. Lesson learned, use a different car wash or wash your car yourself. They scratched it down to the metal on a brand new car. The body shop says they get these same situations all the time from Silverstar.

  Employees do a great job at scrubing bugs and presoaking the whole vehicle so it comes out nice and shiny , there’s spots where you’ll see dirt coming out , but thats cus its behind the plastics. Towels are available to dry vehicles or clean the interior. Plenty of vacuums spots with a hose on each side to make it easy to clean your vehicle. Highly recommend it . Also recommend getting a monthly plan there’s different options so you can wash it as many time you want .

  CAR WASH!! 👎👎 Went through drive-thru car wash and could not be more disappointed!! Not only was it a horrible car wash….vehicle was still dirty, when I drove out of there!! Even MORE disappointing and frustrating was the scuffs it left, in the clear coat, from the rotating brushes!! Seriously?! The damage was immediately reported to an employee, and I was told I would receive a response, from the corporate office, within 48 hours. The report was filled out, on a pre-printed form, so, it must be a common occurrence!! No response from corporate office!!

  Came home from a hunting trip that made my vehicle extremely dirty and they got it clean the first time through. Running boards were covered in dirty gravel and they were spotless after the wash.
