  I’ve had a monthly membership with Mod wash in Sby for the last 8 months, and I absolutely love it. Every time I leave I feel like my car just rolled off the car lot. Danny was great and assisted me with getting into the wash line and checked up during vacuuming to make sure I was pleased with the wash and other services. Would highly recommend!

  Every one was very attentive and helpful. Danny a new employee was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Another new employee showed me how to use the new mat cleaner which did a great job cleaning my floor mats much better than the old machine.

  As I was cleaning my car Kevin, an employee of ModWash, came up and asked if he could help me in anyway and offered to take my floor mats to shampoo them. He was super friendly and helpful. And my floor mats looked great when he brought them back.

  I’ve been a member of their monthly subscription service basically since they opened, its worth every penny. There atleast twice a week and everyone always comments about how clean my jeep is! The included vacuuming with no time limit is amazing and Danny is a great help always asking if I need anything while hes working , great place!

  This place puts customer service and friendliness at the very top of their list! I’m always greeted with such kindness and helpfulness. The GM, Curtis and the AGM, Chris gave their utmost attention in making sure I was taken care of. I got my car washed and a gift card while there. I was also asked how my day had been so far and all my transactions were smooth and prompt! Looking forward to new location opening in Fruitland!

  So couple of issues to report ….

  1- The tag reader doesn’t always work, I am a MD resident so I have 2 tags, and sometimes
  I have to drive over it twice for it to read my tag (not the end of the world)
  2- The hours vary as far as using the larger tunnel, prime example today for the 4th time since having my membership I arrived at 7:34 and no one was there manning the better full service tunnel
  3- Today I discovered the membership is not truly Unlimited. I used the 24 hour tunnel, and it left my car soapy, first time this has happened. So I thought no big deal it glitched I’ll run though again, as I pay for an UNLIMITED membership. When I pulled around to have my car washed again, it said you can only go once a day, so that means it’s a DAILY membership, not unlimited so someone needs to get the wording correct. All in all, for $45.00 a month I expect a little more reliability with equipment, and operating hours. I’ll likely be moving my membership to the other car wash this month to see if they are any better.

  Update :

  So my membership was renewed on 09/09/2022, I went to use the wash today after calling to cancel, and I was told I could use through the duration of my membership. However come to find out after leaving an honest review, and deciding to cancel they removed my tag from their system even though I was charged. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company, and contacting the BBB to handle this matter. I would advise going somewhere else to have your car cleaned if this is how they handle PAYING customers.

  Uncle Mike and Charles are exceptional owners I came here with my semi truck (just the tractor) and decided to wash and detail my rig. I used the big bay because it has the clearance.The coin and card machine gave me trouble as it was eating my quarters. Charles happen to pull up and add time to my bay while also refunding my money.On top of that Mike called to make sure I had my problem fixed which I did. Very pleased with this place and these individuals.

  Overpriced for the lack of service. I would advise taking your money elsewhere. For $45.00 a month when you write a review that isn’t in their favor they cancel your membership after you have paid for the month in advance, and remove you from their system so you can not use your remaining days. I’m glad I didn’t have the membership and was just a 24 hour wash member, but after hearing about others experiences I’ll be using the car wash down the road. Bad business practices are not needed locally.

  Couldn’t utilize their “services” despite paying $40 a month because their computer system is faulty and rarely ever works. Not worth the money when half the time you can’t go get your car washed. They said before “just honk, somebody should be in the office” and yet I shouldn’t need to do so if 1) I am paying for a fast and easy pull-up/ride-thru service and 2) honking the horn and waiting for someone to come out and help further impedes the convenience of the matter in the first place. Will NOT be renewing if this poor service happens again.

  She put the rest of the staff there to shame!
  She was doing an amazing job as the other stood back and watched.

  Avoid this place at all costs! Horribly scratched brand new truck. If I could give it zero stars I would! Read for more info.

  Took my brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado here to get a wash. It had never been in a cash wash before.

  To start , the person putting my truck into the wash left the rear passenger door open when driving into the car wash. The car door hit a large cone with spray bottles hanging on the top and it’s impact slammed the door shut.

  Next, the workmanship of ‘the works’ was terrible, they didn’t vacuum well, glass was horribly done even left the tape from the receipt on the glass that they “cleaned”.

  Took the truck back home to clean the glass. I found a giant crease across the full roof of my truck with scratches in the paint down to the metal. (Pictures in the review)

  I tried to go about it the right way in giving the owner a chance to make it right before posting anything publicly. He was unwilling to do anything, and said it wasn’t his responsibility. This is not how you run a business and he does not have his customers interest in mind. Take your business elsewhere!

  The exterior is ok but the windows are not clean. Although I paid for a full wash I’ll have to do the interior myself. Still dirt and a small stick on the carpet. Nothing wiped in the back. Dash partly done. The guys were all very nice. The line was incredibly slow and the employees were not too rushed so they could have done a good job. Oh well.

  For some reason my antenna did not retract and they broke it. They really couldn’t care any less. They could have said that although they don’t claim responsibility, they would give me a free wash. A another member of my family also had a poor customer service experience. There is no reason to frequent a place with poor customer service

  I’ve used University for 10 years and they’ve always done a good to great job until today. They raised their prices but I still got the ultimate because my vehicle needed it. I was in a hurry so my fault that I didn’t check it over good until I left. There were smears on the windshield. The dash was never touched, the rubber mats were still dirty, bugs all over the mirrors and blue spots from the liquid soap all over the entire vehicle. Very disappointing.

  My van was not clean at all. Windows is all smeared vaccuum was not done . I’ve never had this experience from university carwash very dissatisfied not sure I will return. It looked worse than when I took it in.
