  It is one of the worst place to get a car wash. Except one employee everyone is so rude here especially the Hispanic person. I was here on Aug 21st, 2022 around 5:30 pm for a car wash. I still could see soap on my car right after I went through the wash and dryer the employees don’t seem to care. I was told by one of the employee that their bug repellent isn’t working and that could have caused this. Never received any apology from anyone regarding this. I literally had to spend one hour in the lot trying to figure out something. Below attached are some pictures of my car. I still wonder how they are still in business inspite of providing a disgusting customer service.

  I had a great experience here! I was greeted by a woman named Randi. She was so welcoming and didn’t have a problem with me asking questions about starting up a membership or the type of wash they offer. She made sure to give me a cleaning wipe for my vehicles interior, I went with the “Lucky Duck” the best wash they have to offer. My Son and I had fun during the wash there was multiple colors for the soap, he enjoyed it just as much as I enjoy having a quick wash without having to do it myself. I have a quick quack closer to home but nothing like the customer service experience I had here at the EXPO quick quack. I recommended this location to my Mother and will be recommending to other family and friends as well. Thank you again!!

  I had the best experience at this location yesterday. The customer service I received from Randi was impeccable. I had never been to this location before and she made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. If you ever need to get your car washed, I highly recommend asking for her. Thanks again Randi!

  Great, if you only want half a wash. Their machines that clean the hood and top of your car weren’t working. Went through twice and the car was still dirty. Avoid this location.

  Reply 9/25/22: Thanks for replying. I’ve used other locations dozens of times and there has never been an issue. Also, the top brushes were not working for the vehicle in front of us either. I’m still keeping my membership but wont be using this location for a while. Thanks.

  Every time I come to the wash Michelle is always warm and welcoming. She makes your experience personalized to you and your needs. She truly is a friend. The staff is always on it never a complaint, they work efficiently and get you in and out!

  Great car wash! Took DH car because my front license plate gets bent from the roller/brushes.
  I really always liked QQ, the dryer could be a little longer but overall a great wash! A little more pricey than some other places…

  The general manager Therese and associate Michael were so wonderful to me. They went out of their way to guide me on how to the bike rack off the back of my minivan. The wash was great and although there was a long line, it moved pretty quickly. Very efficient and friendly staff!

  The manager is amazing and so is the rest of the staff. I took advantage of their best monthly past and my truck comes out so nice after every wash! Vacuums always work well and the general area is always clean as well unlike other places where it’s trash all over the floors. Overall I highly recommend it.
