  Great wash, fair prices, only disappointment was Fast Pass lane closed, hopefully they get it reopened. Quick in quick out though. Highly recommend monthly fast pass package as it’s the best deal. Staff always very nice and professional.

  Rainstorm car wash has been inconsistent in signage (over the last year), bug wash availability, vacuum usage and customer service. I’ve avoided updating my pass with my new vehicle due to this. Not too long ago (within the month) I commented on how things have become more transparent and clean. Kris seems to be the reason behind the improvements and his efforts are much appreciated.

  The staff are friendly and the vacuums are free. It’s a very convenient place to stop and clean out the interior of your vehicle. The prices of the car washes are very reasonable and the quality is good for an automatic wash.

  I visit both car washes , state and Riverside in Rockford . The one on State street since the manager took over is the cleanest and well run I have ever seen. The other on Riverside sometimes has staffing issues and the one on state , has employees who are very customer friendly and keeps the place extremely clean !! Vacuums are always well maintained also !!

  It’s impossible to get ahold of them over the phone without them hanging up on you or simply not answering the phone, you also can’t use the website to change your membership level or cancel the membership. I finally got ahold of Loves Park Rainstorm location over the phone on 01/09/2023 to cancel my wife’s membership but the cancellation never went through so they have been continuously charging me for the past 2 months unknowingly and without me even using their services.

  I don’t think this is the place to go to to get a good wash, maybe something for like a spot clean. I did a 350 mile road trip and figured I’d get a car wash. It did not get any of the bug splatter and the entire front of my car looks shiny with bugs all over it. A waste of 18 bucks if you ask me.

  I have a great monthly payment that allows me to go to the car wash as many times as I want. From employeis that greet me when I pull in to the person that let’s me know my car is done, everyone is very courteous and very friendly. They do a excellent job cleaning my 4×4. 5 stars always.

  I am so very disappointed with my car wash. I will never come here again. I decided to give it a try, it was a nice day after many cold days, so it was BUSY. The outside was washed and wiped down nicely. The workers were probably doing the best they could but my interior was not cleaned and I paid $30 for an outside and interior clean. I had chip crumbs left in my passenger seat, my winter floor mats were not wiped at all and my dashboard still had dust over it. Everything just needed to be wiped down and it would have been perfect. My main concern was the lack of vacuuming that occurred. I had emptied any and all garbage from my car, all I needed was my seats to be vacuumed with what I could not grab. My car was not filthy, that was literally the only vacuuming that needed to be done due to a toddler mishap. After putting the little one back in the car and hand dusting the big and little chip crumbs left in the front, I asked if there was a vacuum in the after wash area. I was told the vacuums were in the back with no additional mention of how to correct the lack of service. There was at least 20 cars in line and I refused to wait back in line for a re-vacuum, so I just left. $30 is not cheap by any means but I do a much better job for a $5-10 self service so that is what I will continue to do. I am so disappointed.

  I love my package I get the same wash everyday for one monthly price. wax, vac, windows power wash rims towel dry. No way to beat them !

  Price went up $10. I think that’s a bit steep. $70 a month and I still have dust on radio, control panel and door panels. If the price goes up so should quality. UPDATE: Came in this morning and same disappointment. This time they didn’t even wipe the dash or cup holders. Guess they don’t care so much about the inside of the vehicles anymore. When it was Octopus they did a better job. Going to have to start looking for another place to go. NOT WORTH THE $70 A MONTH!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband asked if the cup holders can be wiped and the servicer advised it would be extra to “detail”. They wipe and vacuum only for $30.. ok so we decided how bad of a job can be done!? Lol never again! Save your money and do it yourself! This is what $30 gets you.   Super friendly staff. Took no time to have my car looking great. Only wish there was a way to blast dry the mats.

  EDIT: Yes, please don’t misunderstand, I had a wonderful experience, and my car looks and smells great! The mats, weather tech, with pools of water was the only thing that kept it from being 5 star. Regardless, I will definitely be back, thanks for the great service!

  LAST TIME! We have been going here for years the last year everytime we go prices are way UP. I mean geesh it’s a car wash then your car gets dirty again folks can’t pay $25 everytime just to clean the car. The wash wasn’t wiped down great the wipe down inside barely hit the marks. Such disorganization when you drive in and wait to order what you want. Line was way back our line never moved for 10 min or more. One guy trying to manage both lanes and not friendly. If we could have backed out we would have. Staff who wiped are car down were nice a few just stood and talked, cars weren’t moving. No hurry going on at all I guess they don’t need to work fast to get more tips? One nice thing a positive guy filled our car tires for us. Hubby is disabled Vet the tire lites were going on. That was so kind of him. Otherwise this place sadly has gone down hill management is not evident, disaray everywhere and no customers waiting were happy. You might want to change your ways before you have to close your doors. And bring back a Basic $10-$12 car washes or you won’t be competing at all.
