  Impressed by the setup at this car wash for self interior cleaning. Added bonus and reason for five star review was Quinn. Mar’Quinn came over and offered to help me out as he had no work at the moment. He shined my rims and dried the exterior. All the while knowing I didn’t have any cash to tip him. Top notch service and left a really good impression of the car wash because of his extra effort. Whoever owns this car wash should give that guy a bonus!

  Came in today for just a quick little tidy-up, but Mike, Evan, Kionte, Roberto and Jay went above and beyond to provide me with the best service and care I could ask for!   For $250 plus tip I expected a better job to be done. I normally don’t take our vehicles in to be detailed but i will not be going to russell speeders again. Poorly done job. I literally do better with my shop vacuum and drill brush at home. Figured this would be more convenient but now im out 250$ and still have to redo it myself. Seats are dried in the pictures as well. Thought they would have gotten better when dried but actually got worse

  Terri at the car wash entrance did a great job convincing me that Russell’s Car Wash would have all I need in cleaning my car and she was right. My truck looked smelled good after the detail. I liked it so much she convinced me to sign up for a monthly membership. Donovan was one of the employees who helped clean my truck and he did an amazing job. My truck sparkled in places that it hasn’t since it was new. He was friendly to work with and he knows his stuff. Thank you Terri and Donovan for great customer service.

  I usually just stop at the closest gas station and clean my cars out there. But my girlfriends car needed a little extra tlc. The place looked great and super convenient. There was a really friendly and helpful gentleman named Anthony, who walked me through all the packages and explained the savings on the unlimited plan. He was professional, nice and turned my day into a positive experience. Thank you Anthony!

  Just started washing my car here. The workers are friendly and nice. My tire pressure was low today, I have no idea how to go about it. Luckily for I saw one of the workers named Kevin explained everything to him and he was so quick to help. Thank you very much, Kevin.

  I have gone to Russell Speeders for years and loved it. The detailing stations with towels, cleaning products, and vacuums really make it worth it. I’m writing this review because recently my rear wiper was broken in the wash (that’s ok, stuff happens). I reported it to them and within 2 days I got a call that they had ordered me a new one and I could come have it installed. They installed it for me and even gave me a big pack of wiper covers to have for the future. Amazing service!!

  Don’t go to Russell Speeder’s if it’s cold. Their equipment doesn’t fully rinse or dry your vehicle. You’ll end up with frozen soap all over your car. And a staff there that won’t care or offer any solutions. I went through twice because of the frozen soap all over. Hoped it would be better the second time through. Asked if they could just use water and no soap and was told no. After two times through asked the staff if there was anything they could do to help get the soap off and their only “solution” was to not go there when it’s cold outside. Not helpful. I was successfully able to stop another customer from having this happen to them by showing them what happened and turning them away. Be warned. If it’s cold out you’re better off going somewhere else.

  I love Russels speeders car wash. I’ve been coming here since I was 5 and it’s always been a fun and inviting place to wash your car. The people are so wonderful and caring and they make an effort to know your name! Tromaine H has been here so long it feels like we’re good friends every time I stop by! Thanks for being the best car wash experience around!!!!

  This location is far too aggressive on getting you to sign up for the regular service. I don’t mind being asked but I shouldn’t be harassed. Just take no for an answer. The regular service doesn’t work for my situation. I used to come here all the time but stopped. Similar experience about a year and a half ago. I won’t be back with any of my work vehicles, my wife’s car or my car. Also will not be using any other RS location. For terrible, rude and confrontational customer service you do not deserve my business but you do 100% deserve my first ever one star review.

  The car wash was fine but it didn’t really get it clean there was still dirt on the back and on the side of my vehicle. And I could not wash my mats everything was froze up But in general it’s all good
