  I have the car wash unlimited club membership and love it so far! I have had it for 2 months and am very pleased. I use this location and their location in Moore and have never had a problem. I got a new car and they went above and beyond to help me get it through the car wash. It has brake hold and I couldn’t figure out how to undo it and the gentleman did all he could to help me and found the solution. My car has always come out clean and there has never been any damages. I have not used the vacuums, but I am sure that they are great as well. Would highly recommend!

  My sister has a pass so we just go right in. Always gets her vehicles nice and clean, there are people when you enter that spray the front of the car for you.

  The location in Del City needs a little work. The wash brushes in that location seem to be extremely rough. They seem to apply too much force. My power fold mirrors get swung completely out, they get folded backwards. That doesn’t happen at your other locations. The brushes also ripped the front emblem off of the hood of my Toyota. That doesn’t happen at your other locations either. I like your car washes the best out of all the others in the city but the one in Del City is the only one that is on my way to work or on my way home from work. I live out by Newalla.
  Also it would be great if y’all provided a cart that had clean terry cloths on it for people to use on their windows after the wash. I’ve seen that at other car washes that actually had a slightly cheaper monthly wash plan and it’s a great amenity to have available. It would be great if y’all could build one of these washes out a little further east. I-40 and Choctaw road would be a great location. A lot of people live out that direction and that would be a very convenient location for everyone going towards Okc from the east.

  This used to be my go to place I loved their service and especially because they used to brush the front bumper and windshield from all the bugs. Well apparently that is not something they do anymore and the car wash part itself never washes bugs off.
  Paid $20 for managers special and nothing got washed and the vacuum section was really dirty and half the vacuums were turned off

  Creepy stay AWAY. Recently while using the overly complex Point of sale terminal, suddenly I have been approached by a supposedly Okie Express employee who starts pushing the screen after my credit card has been swiped.
  They stand on my left weak side while I am in the drivers seat. All I see is tattoos and arms in my face. Very alarming protentional dangerous for my personal safety. They seem to have some offer of which I will not agree to. At which point they still hang around.
  If this business has some wonderful offer for me I suggest the employee stands off to the side after I have removed my credit card/ wallet and give me a flyer.
  I understand the labor pool they use may not be prime but, they scare me.

  Nice car wash and works real well on cars but the sign is so alarming about older cars or cars with 100k+ miles!! One thing is that you get through fairly quickly but after an Oklahoma storm they had 1 guy working the line? Really? It took forever to get through and the card reader was having issues. Ended up going to the other location on S Western.

  I really like Zips. Their vacuums are stronger than any other car wash I have used. Where they really seal the deal is with their free towels and cleaning station after every wash. We all know automatic washes don’t quite get the front center and rear center of your vehicle. With towels and cleaning station handy, you can get those spots quick and easy and not have to worry about lugging around all your stuff. Plus they charge the same price as any other car wash around. It’s my go to place these days.

  I’m not happy that as a returning customer I pay more than new customers and I don’t receive discounts. I also don’t like not receiving a free month in winter! But I’m happy with the convenience of the service. One day it was really cold and I offered one of the guys a $5 tip to wipe my car die but he said not for $5 So just curious as to what they make an hour because it took less than 10 min to do 👀😂

  Seems like every time I go to Zips part of their car wash isn’t working, from a brush to a sprayer, etc. I’ve been a member here since before zips even owned the washes and it was boomerang. They’ve raised my membership prices and dishonored special rates I had set up and told me they won’t Grandfather my rates…
  I’m thinking maybe I need to stay going with Charlie’s or watershed if I’m going to be paying the same prices that they charge. The times I’ve tried their washes at least all their equipment worked!
  Lastly, don’t even think that their customer service line will actually be of service. They were so rude to me when I wanted to find out why my rates were not honored that I had in place for YEARS…

  I went to this car wash about a month ago because the belt at the car wash on Reno was broken. I talked to the manager, Herbert, and he was super friendly and helpful. I talked to him about the end times and the Rapture and found that he knows as he is a born again believer in Jesus Christ.

  Update: No one has gotten back to me. I had to purchase red tape (see picture) it from oreillys because my back light was ripped off. It looks horrible and I only had this car for 6 months… I called the number several times. I was told someone would contact me. Never I called my insurance and they said they will have to contact their insurance.I went by there they said no manager there and took my info. Such a hassle!!

  My husband and I have very busy schedules and it is hard for us to get to the car wash when our car needs it. We love the cleaning our car gets at Zips car wash all while remaining our car ,then we’re on our way. We loved the fresh smell it leaves in the car also when we go through the car wash. But here lately there is no smell and we miss it. We recently visited Oklahoma City this week and was surprised to find a Zips car wash there and was able to have a clean car while on vacation. My only suggestion is please put the smell good soap back ,so my car will look good and smell good….lol…. from a satisfied customer.

  Do yourself a favor and bypass this “car wash.” The employee was so thrilled to be there that he came nonchalant lazy walking around the building at 8:15. While there was a line of about 7 cars. He was in no hurry but checked his phone! Not to mention the soap left on my car, and how horribly streaked it was, after paying $15.

  I visited the Zips on S MacArthur and W Reno. I had a small issue with the car wash but Kuinlnn was available and very helpful! He knew exactly how to resolve the problem and made me smile in the process. It was a cold day but he had a great attitude about doing his job well. Great experience because he was there!

  Zips has been my go to for car washes since a long time!! Love the place. Plus the free vacuum options is amazing. Now my friend also works there Raven which is even amazing. Always glad to go back there!! Go check them out on Reno and MacArthur!
