  Zips Car Wash at Carolina Forest in Myrtle Beach. Although they have a person in front where you pay for a car wash he does not tell you that half of the automatic brushes are not working and they don’t clean your car. When I told him about it he said they know about the problem but the top brushes clean the car so whatever you paid ….you paid. This company is a joke and although I was using it every week I will never be back again. I recommend everyone using the ones at 501 there are a few of them. They respect the customer much more than Zip Car Wash. Waste of money 💰

  Washed car.
  I have the Monthly pass.
  Does a great job washing the car.
  Vacuum is very strong.
  Dislikes
  Use to have a mat cleaner. Didn’t work for months and now it’s gone completely.
  Suppose to get tire shine as part of the deal. Hasn’t worked in the last few weeks that I know of.

  I am pleased with the results of my car wash. My only suggestion is to adjust the drying tubes to meet the needs an SUV.

  The staff is helpful and accommodating when asked to provide towels or cleaning materials.

  I also belong to the Unlimited Club. All in all, very pleased with Zips.

  Horrible experience – I came here Friday and paid for the $20 “top” wash. It looked fine at first, but once my car had dried it looked absolutely awful. It was covered in a sticky filthy film that had caked over my entire car, making it look significantly dirtier than before I had gone through the wash. I went back to Zips to ask what had happened and was met by a terribly rude employee who tried to tell me “it wasn’t the car wash”. I was not given my money back or offered another car wash. When I said I’d rather leave than have to pay for another wash the worker was extremely rude. Terrible!!

  This is my first time using this establishment and it was family friendly, though it’s Sunday it’s not packed. This car wash/self vaccum is clean and organized. The dryers are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I’m in love by far the best car wash I’ve been to.

  This is one of the better — if not the best — Zips in town. Quality wash, friendly staff, and vacuums that are powerful beyond comparison.

  I subscribe to the $25/month unlimited car wash plan and, as long as you use it frequently each month, it’s a tremendous value.

  That said, there are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The most important of these are two wheelstops at the vacuums that are in disrepair — one is pulverized on one side.

  Just been there this morning…WOW! What an amazing car wash. SUPER friendly and extremely helpful staff as well.
  This car wash cleaned our dirty truck in no time…most automatic car wash facilities always miss something in particular on trucks…our truck was immaculate afterwards which includes the tires!
  To top it all they offer powerful vacuums absolutely FREE! plenty of bays to park as well.
  Can highly recommend this facility! We’ll be back for sure!!!

  Great car wash. Would be better if all locations were consistent though. The location closest to me has Somme parts of the system unavailable for quite some time. Luckily after my first visit and purchasing a monthly membership they directed me to a locations with no issues.

  I love this location. This is the only place I have taken my car to be washed. It is very clean and well kept. The vacuums work excellent to clean the black interior of my car. I also love that they provide you with microfiber cloths to better detail with. I feel like family when I am there.   LOVE this Car Wash! So clean and well kept. They have everything you could want to clean your car here! We’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. You can’t beat their subscription price for sure! I’m here multiple times a week, I like to keep my Jeep clean! There’s a man here who has always been so friendly, his name is Coach. He works so hard to keep this place neat and tidy! Also, the complimentary air fresheners he gives me are also a plus😅 We are moving to FL next week and I am going to miss this place for sure!!

  I visited this car wash because I was vacationing there. I absolutely loved the car wash and it did a great job getting my Tahoe clean. Coach came around and talked to us and showed us all the nice extras they have to offer. He was a great help and so friendly! I even came home and told my local car wash what all this place offers and they should offer them too. I will definitely use this place again and tell all my friends too! I will also look for Coach. He made the experience so much better!!

  I have been using Detricks for years and they have always been the best car wash around. The towels and chemicals are always full and the property is always clean. The staff is always friendly and readily available to help if needed. Coach has been a great addition to this location. He makes the experience so much better.

  Great place. Basic wash is affordable and quick. Free vacuums with attachments for hard to reach areas. Plus they have an abundance of clean towels to use free.
