  I was so surprised to drive up and get offered a month of car washes at $1. Price will go up after a month, but it’s a wonderful way to see if I like it. After my first car wash, I am greatly satisfied. It did a great job and totally hands free on my part!! I loved the colorful ride/wash!! (Pictures added!)

  This is a good wash. Sonny’s equipment tends to do a good job. It doesn’t take long at all to get through the wash and it does a very thorough job. Only negative is the price. The top wash is $25. Pretty outrageous. Other than that I’d recommend this one.

  The actual car wash and employees are not bad. But my car got covered in sand so I got the most expensive wash because it said 5 day guarantee. Noticed sand still on my car but I did not want to wait another half hour to go through again. 2 days later went back and the manager told me they no long uphold that guarantee even though I kept the receipt and the the sign says so. Would not recommend you make the same mistake.

  Workers are nice and helpful, it’s the equipment that’s terrible. Nothing has really improved since the name change except for 2 out of the 3 arms were finally replaced to enter the wash. The vacuums don’t do the best job either. My boyfriend sent a complaint on their website, never heard anything back. Just went to the carwash, to find out they canceled his membership…poor customer service

  Two years ago I gave Rainstorm in Moline 5 stars. Today, I’m giving them 2 stars. During my last visit, half of their vacuums were out of order. And when they are working, they are clogged up. Also, there is a lot of trash around the vacuum parking spots. And, the 3 payment lines are typically down to only two or one in operation. This establishment is a disappointment. I do not plan on returning.

  DON’T GO HERE FOR A DETAIL!!! I paid $120 to have my car detailed, and they did an absolutely pathetic job. When I picked my car up, the guy told me to look over it and make sure I was happy. There was still dirt all over my car and my windows were filthy. There were still bugs all over my vehicle!! When I pointed the issues out, he said “I could run it through the wash one more time.” I was told they would wax my entire vehicle. Clearly they ran it through the wash and that’s all. The only thing I know they did in the 2 hours that they had my car was shine the tires. An absolute waste of money. A $10 touch free automatic wash does a better job than a $120 full service detail at this place. I took my car home and had to do it all over myself.

  I ordered The Works for $32. Not the best clean job: crumbs inside and bugs still on the front of the bumper area, but overall it is satisfactory for the price. The area to wait was clean and the service was great.

  Save your money took car through for there full service interior exterior wash and car looks horrible took it back they washed a second time still looks horrible I will not be going back when it was water park car wash they did a much better job!!

  I took my truck in for a very detailed cleaning for inside n out. They told me when I paid for it, that it would take 2-3 hours. I was good with it. I got it back in 30 minutes after it went inside the detail garage. Looked like they hurried through it. Mirrors n windows had water spots n smears. The inside details did as well. Very disappointed in the $ I had to spend.

  My husband takes his truck there often. I feel like they do an ok job for the price. He’s a creature of habit so he’ll stay loyal, which they should appreciate. They don’t do a very good job though really on any of it. Come the end I grab the towels and dry, wipe inside, and touch up the whole thing basically. They were better at one time. Not so much now.

  Came here to get a full service wash and wax, promised it’d be out within half an hour following the wash. They expedite another customer who arrives later than us and have the decency to tell us to wait another half hour. Wax was not buffed correctly. Interior looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Unprofessional. Will not return.
