  Paid for the works wash and when it was my turn, the car wash stopped working. I waited 10 minutes then went inside. The man inside was working on equipment and looked at me but didn’t respond to my attempts to discuss the issue. I waited longer and then had to go back to work without the car washed. I called and left a detailed message asking for the wash I paid for or a refund and no response. I sent them a message on the website explaining my situation and no response. $14 gone. I will never use this car wash again.

  We live right next door to this car wash and use it often. We’ve never had any issues – their services always get the job done and done well! Shoutout Adam @ Rod’s N Dog’s – he’s always there taking care of the place and doing it kindly. We’ve been in a bind twice with our cars not starting and Adam gave us a jump. Thank you, Adam!! A great neighborly business!

  They employ a person from 9-5 m-f to help with customer service. Not many self serve washes have attendants theese days.
  Speaking of rarity, they have a DIY dog wash on site. You walk your dog into a metal bath tub, pay $15 and choose your soap. They even have skunk odor remover.

  the owner threatened to shoot my dog and called him a “nasty beast” and that “he wants a piece of me he’s gonna eat me” “keep your dog under control” because he snuck up on us and my dog barked at him since he was scared. my dog was on his leash and being controlled, he was just barking at a STRANGER. i do not recommend this car wash/dog wash as the owner obviously isn’t dog friendly and likes the threaten customers.

  Sweetest people! Since they’ve opened I’ve only encountered one person who wasn’t a complete joy! I leave town a lot and easily have them pause my account. Easy to restart when I return. This last month they even refunded the half of the month I wasn’t going to use. Awesome customer service!
  Car always comes out clean, great price, and the express lane literally makes it so you hardly even have to stop.

  I used to love metro express. Easy, fast and usually got a fairly clean results. That all stopped tonight. I went through Metro Express with my black truck and the results I saw were terrible. This truck is 3 months old so the paint is new. After the wash, the paint is no longer new and is so scratched up it’s horrendous. Take a look at the pictures. I have tried contacting Metro express asking how this will be fixed. I currently have not heard back, when I do I will update my review if they make it right. For now, I strongly suggest not using metro express in Missoula.

  We like it so much we went with the monthly membership- which is a fantastic deal if you like to keep your vehicle clean as often as you can! Either way it’s a great wash, the staff are awesome, and you can go through twice if your vehicle is extra dirty and needs a little extra love. Plus, this is one of the few car washes we can actually fit through with our lifted pickup 🤣

  Always greeted with a smile. The best vacuums…they get dog hair out of the carpet!! My truck is always beautiful after the wash and the clean guarantee let’s you go through again if your vehicle didn’t come clean the first time. Friendly staff and a clean facility.

  I can’t express enough how pleasant it is to wash my vehicle here. Everybody that works here is very polite, courteous and friendly. They always greet you with a wave and a smile, and I for one as a customer really appreciate that, especially after a long day! Thank you

  I attained a screw in my front left tire from this place! I have not had these tires for more than a month. I let the manager know and he was rude saying it was not possible to had come from there and this was my first and only stop in Missoula. He did say his manager would be there tomorrow morning… Car wash was good. Treatment of my tires was not. I will not return. And i will recommend anyone else to avoid this carwash if you care about your vehicle’s tires!!

  I did not go through the main wash, but I did use the carwash (“do-it-yourself”) and when I inserted $5, I was frustrated with only washing my vehicle with cold water, as both the low & high pressure soap did not work. Also, for some reason the hose for the pressure washer was extremely long, and annoying.
