  Excellent customer service. I have been in MN for about 5 months now and have sadly had tire issues 2 times in the last 3 months and have taken my car to the same location on West Bank both times. They have done excellent work to get my vehicle fixed up. They provide timely service and in my opinion prices are very reasonable. (Edited to change “haven’t” to “have”

  I will definitely come back for future service. I have a 2004 Honda that the power steering went out. Over a year ago I took it to Tires Plus. They told me I needed to replace the whole system and it would cost around $4000. They told me to put stop leak in it as it wouldn’t be worth repairing. With used car prices so high I finally decided to get it fixed. I took it to Bobby and Steve’s. I told them I wanted to have it fixed. They told me they would rather inspect it before replacing it. They inspected it and fixed it for $1300. They were honest, professional and very helpful. They also did not try to oversell. They actually fixed it for far less than I thought I would need to pay. I will definitely be going back.

  My tire picked up a nail and I needed it patched. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online. When I dropped my car off they saw me right away, were quick with the repair, and charged a reasonable amount. Nice waiting area too! Will definitely be using them in the future.

  I have taken both of my cars to the downtown Minneapolis Bobby & Steve’s location for over 5 years now and have received nothing but tremendous, high-quality service. The staff is very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. They have done everything from routine oil changes to changing out a whole transmission for me. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is in need of automotive service!

  Best car wash I’ve found in the twin cities!!! They a great job with both the interior and exterior of the car. The waxes and clears they use are also high grade and don’t leave any films.

  The only thing to be mindful of is everyone loves this car wash so it can get a bit busy. They are really good about keeping cars moving but on a nice Saturday afternoon, you might be in for an hour long wait.

  The car wash is great and the people that do the vacuum in the back are amazing. The people that do the cleaning in the inside don’t do it good. It looks like they dont even try. I understand that it won’t be perfect but you can tell that it wasn’t clean.

  Overall, the service was pretty good. I went there after a long road trip. There were a lot of dead bugs on the front bumper and most of them, not all though, were gone. And the vacuuming could be a bit better. If I am paying $31 for a car wash, I do expect a slightly higher attention to detail.

  I got a great detailed car wash with dog hair removal and everything for $50. Really nice employees who worked quick and were friendly, which is rare at a car wash. They had a large indoor space to wait for your car.

  I was able to go in with my dog and the employees seemed like they loved her. She isn’t an emotional support animal but was allowed inside.

  Clean and large public bathrooms too so thats a plus

  We really love the soapy, however we aren’t yet sure about the Joe’s. This here is a car wash. They have different levels of cleanliness for your car. The monthly plans are a good deal. It is always quick, and we will continue our patronage.

  This is by far is the best car washes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The staff here are extremely friendly and offered and went away above and beyond to help me out. This is a fantastic place to bring your rentals or family cars to get them serviced and they return it clean as can be. They did a fantastic job it was quite unbelievable and experience was well worth it. They even have a ice cream dispenser, free popcorn, free water, and a amazing lounge that even accommodates for families. My highest recommendation
