  This car wash is fun, has cool lights and all but I don’t feel the price point is fair for what you get as far as cleaning. I can get just as good or maybe even a little better clean for half the price at the Fleet Farm car wash or elsewhere. Every time I go to Tommy’s Express Car Wash the back of my car doesn’t get clean. For $20 the WHOLE car should get clean. Idk what can be done to fix that issue but somethings gotta change for the prices they charge!

  Love the rainbow soaps and lights when you go through. Totally crank up the system and jam out to a light show while getting your whip washed 💕 My friends car was oh so sparkly!

  It’s fast and gets the body and windows clean. The vacuums are free. But for a $16.05 ultimate wash, it needs to do a better job cleaning out the wheel wells of my SUV. If I go back, it’ll only be for the basic $8.00 service.

  Worst experience,when I became the membership for 1 month they said u pay 1 month u get 1 free alright,after that I thought they not gonna charge me anymore,but they did,they charged me two months,(even when I made the membership nobody told me that i have to cancel it)when I went to the office for the refunds,they only told me 1 month free…Trying to make me fool,they took two months in a row from my bank account and still wanted to gave me free month!!!!! Need the money back not to wash my car !!! Unbelievable!!!

  Twice I got the $9 wash and got charged $10. There is absolutely no way to contact them. The car wash does a great job but I am tired of getting over charged and no way to fix it. I will stop going there.

  Went to use the auto wash with my card. Took my money charged me for a 10 dollar wash when I selected 9 dollar wash. Door wouldn’t open and there’s nobody around to help and no phone number. Don’t go here it’s trash. Robbery.

  So I was cleaning the trash out of my car before vacuuming it out and the owner/manager comes over. Says “hey thats not for your personal trash”. “I said oh I was cleaning it out before i vacuumed and washed it”. he said “we have had problems with people dumping garbage” no apology no nothing. Then he sat in his car by the exit and watched til I put quarters in the vacuum cleaner. I washed my car because I said i was going to. I should have left after i finished vacuuming. Very rude.

  Very well-maintained car wash. No rails/guides/bumps inside the machine-wash bay for people to get hung up on. Does a great job cleaning a vehicle too, as opposed to similar washers that lack the power to remove dead bugs.
