  The worst car wash I have ever seen. I paid for inside detail I got 2 minutes of I guess a wipe down that I had to wipe down afterwards. Still dust still marks. Unbeliever and the outside included running quickly through the car was. Still pollen everywhere. I give a 0. I am sooooo disappointed I can’t even. Save your money trust me.I called to advise was told only “it’s okay” I’m assuming it’s okay that I put a review up and that nothing can be done. I asked for manager 9 minutes ago still on hold (never got ‘em) Go somewhere else you have been warned. That is your hard earned money and it isn’t cheap for a once over with a dry cloth that you get.

  Very nice folks. Fast, quick, teamwork service. They changed my oil, checked the car out and rotated my tires in record time. There were 2 women & 2 guys and they all worked together to get the job done. Now the full service wash wasn’t that great…guy who was supposed to be cleaning the windows and the inside of the car was on his phone the whole time and just walked around the car with a towel flopping it around…needs less to say the windows and dash were not cleaned

  I needed an oil change so I thought I would try it as it is close by. I had no real expectations going in. Service adviser recommended 0W-30 oil for my BMW. Previously the recommendation was 10W-30 for BMW in general. So I googled this and sure enough there has been a change in oil recommendation for BMW to 0w-30 oil.
  These guys are professional and know what’s what as regards oil change, etc.
  In addition got a free car wash and detail with the oil change
  The cleanest the car has been.
  Very reasonable price. Quick

  These are pictures after their $18 wash, which has clear coat, the car is still nasty. At the beginning of the wash, a person brushed the car down with a scrubber brush but it is still covered in dirt and mud. At the end there is even an attendant to wipe the car down, but this was still left after his cloth wipe down.
  There are still dead bugs on the windshield as well as bird poop on the windows and doors. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here!

  Goo Goo is definitely taking a bad turn this last year. Although the wash is pretty good and is convenient, they haven’t been handing out towels or doing a quick scrubbing of the front of the cars anymore. Additionally, they only occasionally spray down the front end and windshield before entering. They are also regularly closing earlier than advertised for no apparent reason. I’ve been a member for a few years but am considering changing to another carwash as there are now several decent options in the area. Sure hope things change soon.

  Vehicle is rarely clean and never even close to being dry after going through the car wash. I’ve complained about this many times, but nothing changes. There are too many other car washes in Macon that do a better job for less money.

  This place is great! i went through with my mother in law once and the assistant manager stopped us and had us go back through a second time because she wasnt satisfied with how the car looked the first time, free of charge she re-cleaned and took her time to make sure everything looked great! we’ve never had a better service! highly recommend!!

  “Free Vacuums” when the first thing your business presents to its potential customers is a lie it doesn’t matter how good the rest of the business is. Pulled in to use the vacuums and was approached by an employee (manager maybe) and was turned away.

  This was my first time coming here. The guys greeted and directed me as I approached the entrance. The outside and was clean and free of debris. I must say that everything was cleaned on my car but the top. I plan on going back for a membership so I’ll make them aware of that then.
