  Make sure to turn your sideview mirrors inward before entering the wash. The car wash broke off the casing of my driver side mirror . They don’t answer phone and no website. Good luck everyone!

  Used to go there almost for Half a year. In the beginning everything was great! Fast and easy, and the car would always come out be dry , clean and no water drop stains after. Recently, the price has gone up twice for no reason and the service got worse- rainbow soap is not rainbow anymore, and the car comes wet out. It is frustrating.

  Great car wash with soft brushes. They have two types of vacuums for nooks and crannies. However I do miss the compressed air hoses. Cool employees too. Can get busy

  If I could I would rate a 0. Brought in my car for the $12 wash,and ended up costing me more then I imagined being that the machine blew my car chrome off with the force of how strong it blows regardless leaving the car still wet not to mention the machine scratched my driver side window and others as well, when asking to speak to a manager I was confronted by a rude employee who was of no help as where the other employees telling me there boss would call me when he can. This place sucks save your money wash your own car check for scratches if you do come here. MY CAR IS STILL DIRTY!

  I went for a wash, the attendant broke my mirror off, then forcibly tried to jam it back on, then covered it in tape. After filling out an incident report the manager Angel told me he’d “call me tomorrow”. He hasn’t called, now will he answer the calls.

  Quick and efficient car wash! There’s generally a line on the weekends, but it moves quickly. There are three pay stations when you drive to the front of the line, there’s a staff member that helps you, but the machine is pretty intuitive and easy to use. When you drive up to the wash, two staff members help you line up your car on the belt, they hose your car down, and close your rear view mirrors for you. The wash I go for is $15 and you can vacuum your car for free; keep in mind, during the weekends you may have to wait to get a spot to vacuum.

  Do NOT use this car wash! Or at the very least, beware of damage to your vehicle!

  I went through yesterday afternoon and the driver side mirror of my Prius was completely broken by the machine, despite my having pushed both mirrors in before the wash. I went to the my local dealership today and it cost $550 to have it fixed.

  Though I was initially drawn to the cheap prices and free vacuuming of LA Express, I now realize that going there was an extremely costly mistake and I’ll not be going back. Please spare yourself the risk of having a similar experience!

  This is the worst Car wash in LA, I won’t ever come back. I left my rubber protection rug on the rug cleaning rack in the morning. They open at 7am and I arrived 7:30 am. So I came from the hospital from a night shift and I am so tired. I cleaned my car and accidently left my rubber rug on the rack. I went back after I realized I left it, I didn’t notice cos it’s the one on the passenger side and they told me there wasn’t a rag there and they are not liable, that time I was the only one cos they just opened. Considering 6 people are always watching over around your car and constantly cleaning it. Sketchy also they have a CCTV camera and they don’t have access. But clearly if that huge rubber rug was there and I am alone and I hang it on the rack, these men will notice it. Don’t ever leave your things unnatended.

  I have bin here multiple times and never disappoint. I’ve bin to locations where the dryer hardly blows and the car is extremely wet. But this place I’m amazed of how well they work. They even provide free vacuum for those that wash car first.

  I like coming to this car wash because of the Hot Wax that makes my car look new. They always give you a car scent for free and Dash Wipes for free and a complimentary dry cloth. They also have free vacuuming and a very nice staff.

  Friendly staff ok wash 2 stars. The vacuum cleaner TERRIBLE!!! Is there a car wash anywhere Los Angeles that offers decent wash AND decent vacuums? As it stands you have choose between one or the other.
