  This car wash is really nice. I’m traveling from out of town and stopped here this afternoon. It is expensive ($10 for a basic wash), but they scrub with soap brushes as you enter, and the wash spits out a ton of soap. They have free vacuums and a place to wash rubber floor mats.

  I go through the basic wash because I wash frequently. Bugs are still on it. So I step up to the next wash (after I hand wash and wax) guess what! Bugs are still on it! So I do the$25 wash. GUESS WHAT! YOU GOT IT! Not anybetter than a $10 wash.

  I enjoy coming here and seeing bright smiling faces. My favorite scrubber there, Conner, is amazing at what he does making sure most of the bugs are off of my car. He deserves an assistant manager position for going above and beyond with making sure his work is done. He even has great customer service! Will always be satisfied with coming here. Highly recommend!

  Great place to get auto detailing services at. A gentleman that I didn’t get the name off spotted that my truck still had an excessive amount of bugs on the front. He stopped and looked and kindly directed me to run through again for them to clean up the front of the vehicle at no charge. I did leave a tip but overall great customer care and awareness.

  Do not recommend. Used today for 1st and last time. Wondered why not busy. Should have known. New car with no scratches and now have scratches from worker with his brush broom. Careless and don’t care. Not his car. 25.00 for damaged car. 1/13/2023 car #208 Also rotating brush on right side didn’t even work and still had soap on vehicle when got home

  Used to be my go-to stop. Paid for the top tier wash and you almost can’t tell. No one scrubbed the grill or running boards before entry, tire wash and rocker panel wash didn’t work right, and went straight from wax to blowing off with no rinse between. Guess it’s time to find a new place that is staffed appropriately and maintains wash equipment.

  DO NOT GO HERE! The place was closed for remodeling and now it’s reopened. However, nothing works!! I paid $25 for the top level wash. The guy that is supposed to scrub my car at the beginning only did my drivers window. Then none of the brushes inside of the was worked and then rinse system to get off the soap didn’t work. So all I got from their $25 wash was soap. The. The manager refused to give me a refund and told me to call customer service to get a refund. I then give the phone to the manager and let him talk to his own customer service. So out of the assistant manager, main manager named Jessy and their customer service.. NONE OF THEM KNEW HOW TO GIVE REFUNDS OR WHO SHOULD HANDLE THE ISSUES!!!

  Great service! The manager told me about a buy one get one free deal that I accepted. A great value. After the wash I was using the free vacuums and the manager himself shined my tires and cleaned my floor mat! A great experience! Thank you!

  We use this car wash for a quick, easy car wash. The workers are always friendly and the drive through wash always cleans the vehicle nicely. The use of the vacuums, rags, and sprays are appreciated too!

  I went to Take 5 on Tuesday and I can’t say enough good things about this car wash! I’ve gone through multiple different ones over time but this one was by far the best. The customer service was awesome. I had driven through white pant that had spilled off of a truck at some point on the highway. LaMarcus helped me scrubbed my dark colored suv for a long while trying to get off the white pant. He did it all with smile and respect. The car wash setup is wonderful also. They have vacuums, compressed air, auto mat washing machine, rags, and detail spray. You can’t go wrong at Take 5 car wash on TX-63 Spur in Longview!

  A friendly guy met me at the kiosk and offered me a free wash to do with a review. I think that’s a great concept to get to try the service before you pay. However, the vacuums were shut down and the car was left wet and they did not spend much time scrubbing the outside for a premium wash. But at the Vikings been opened, I should’ve paid attention and to get the free wash first I will definitely come back.

  Works are very friendly, service was fast. Soap smells so so good, and the car wash has fun lights to watch if you have kiddos! Vacuums are free and work great. Overall a great car wash for a good price.

  We love this car wash! It always does a great job cleaning our car and the free vacuums are a great addition. The assistant manager, Jessie, is also extremely kind!! Was able to assist and answer questions that were asked about plans
