  Just went thru the cash wash at 27th and superior area…. Watch out. Brushes scratches all over my trunk as brushes came down back window onto trunk. You can even see the roller marks. They also use hard water…. Even after blow dry and wiping down car still have hard spots. Not worth the price. Got 11 cash washes for Xmas gift… but I will regift to someone else. Not using again. And even with the scratches… business won’t do anything about it. Even thou plain as day.

  My coworker and I (2 gals) lost a bet with male our coworkers and had to take the work pick-up to the car wash. We needed much guidance and direction getting pulled straight onto the moving track but the workers were super generous and helpful. We all got a good laugh too

  It was busy but they had things moving at a pretty steady click. The right lane is a kiosk, so if you have a free wash voucher without a barcode you’ll want to use the left lane.

  Jet splash does a terrible job of prepping your vehicle for wash I have to ask them everytime I go through to please prep my wheel well openings to get all the salt moderate snow or ice or light dirt out or they just skim over your car all it takes is to bend over a little and run the wand semi circle around the openings to wash the openings out ,I have had my membership for many years and have seen a steady decline in good service ,my wife just got jet splash a month ago and said wow all they do is skim the front back and sides and do nothing to the wheel openings that is where all the salt snow ice and dirt collects ,I called jet splash the gal that talked to me said if it’s busy they cannot take the time to prep wheel openings well it wasent busy when I went through and they never do it unless you roll your window down and ask them to do it which I shouldn’t have to do,look at employee reviews what does that tell you you will get bad service ,I am looking for another car wash That cares about customer satisfaction than how many car washes they sell and treats there employees well.

  Just had my truck washed at Jet Splash. They scratched it multiple times along the driver’s side. They refused to take any responsibility for it. Will never use this company again!!! I had been a member of their monthly service for years. Update: I was able to buff the scratches out in a few minutes. But the complete lack of integrity from them was appalling to me. The manager even said he wouldn’t take any heat from his managers to make it right. Very disappointing. Subscription canceled.

  I’m not sure of the employee, but my receipt says their number is 206159 – they are amazing! I’ve been coming here for about a year, and they were the one to finally convince me to get a membership. Super personable and down to earth instead of making me feel attacked with the sales pitch and not being able to get a word in like previous experiences. Overall always have a great car wash experience here, and the interior vacuums are the best part!

  Great car wash, great service. I just wish they could make it possible to have more than one vehicle in their unlimited plans. I have 3 cars that I drive and I definitely don’t drive them at the same time. So it doesn’t really make sense for to have 3 separate unlimited plans

  I went through the car wash. Came home and realised that they damaged the polish off the car.
  When i went back and tried to complain they were very defensive and accusatory. With the sham of a reveiew process they denied the damage on my car!
  I dont know what my next step is but avoid them at all costs!

  Regular here for the last year or so. Good place, quick, my only slight suggestion would be to put an extra set of dryers before you leave. There’s an open space between the roller and tire cleaners just for a last drying. Otherwise good place to clean your car not pricey either.

  Second and last time I’ll ever try this car wash. So much tire shine everywhere! Flung it all over my car. It’s on all of their dry off towels and I was literally just sliding around in the lot attempting to vacuum out my car. was a fun experience I guess. Now I get to go wipe my car down at home though from the streaks of tire shine all over the paint and windows.
