  My wife and I both have subscriptions here. We pay $20/month each for unlimited washes. When I’d wash my truck myself, I’d spend $12-14 per wash. Of course the automatic wash will never be as good as a manual wash but it certainly looks a whole lot better. Being Realtors it’s kind of a necessity to have clean cars and it’s nice having this service provided right up the street.

  Quality of service plummeted after 4-seasons, figured I’d try white water again this evening and when I pull up they put cones in the way and said “sorry were closing early” like… it’s 5 pm on a week day why are you closing hours early when people are just getting off work.

  I keep wanting to give this place chances but it has been several times of using the car wash and I am still very unimpressed. No matter the wash or add ons you purchase, which are not necessarily cheap, you really cannot tell you went through a wash.

  Had the paint protection film installed on the front bumper, hood, fenders and rocker panels on a 2021 Pacifica. Very happy with the installation. Staff is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. However, be aware film is cut by a computer program and may not cover where you need it most. As it turns out I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it. So good luck kids, hope your rockers turn out better than mine.

  Annual inspection and treatment, fabric protection, and head lights polished and protection guard to keep from yellowing.
  Past Ziebart experiences were at a different location and I was never pleased with service.
  The customer service agents were pleasant and very informative explaining the services. The agents were willing to protect my vehicle inside overnight.
  The inside was swept and the dash was wiped down along with the steering wheel, the dash panels. The windows were sparkling. The car far exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

  I took my car here for the third time for an interior cleaning. first two time, phenomenal work. this time, got in all was great. smelled and looked great. UNTIL, the next day when I went to work. I opened my center console to get my badge out….. every piece of trash from my car was shoved in there. EVERY PIECE. fries my kiddos have dropped. masks and an empty drink from my side door compartment. EVERYTHING. to say I saw red is an understatement. so I called up there, spoke to a manager who made it clear that they aren’t even suppose to open compartments that are closed and was going to investigate and call me back. it’s been two days with no words. guess I’ll be finding a new place and not recommending this one again

  The service I received was ceramic window tint, all round which was good. The reason for the bad review is because I noticed when I picked up my car my steering wheel had marks on it like a key, or a finger nail dug into it. Along with the call to tell them my front window shield was bubbled on my drivers side and needed redone, I mentioned my steering wheel and was told they’d look into it (even provided a video because they couldn’t believe my front windshield could possibly be bubbled)

  Today I picked it up after dropping it off again this morning to get my front windshield redone and they didn’t even mention my steering wheel, so I asked and was told they’d probably not do nothing about it and try to prove it wasn’t them.

  This car was brought in 2 days after purchasing it with not even 100 miles on the odometer. I wouldn’t nitpick if it was handled more properly, and if I brought in a used car but this was a brand new car and now I have marks (that can be felt when driving) on my steering wheel.

  Charge extra for bug remover that barely if at all gets applied. Watched the vehicle in front of me get a thorough pre wash while my vehicle received hardly any at all. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down since change of ownership. Loyal customer for years but I think that is going to change 👎

  This place is very convenient. Even more when you get the $19.99 monthly pass sticker. But do check your vehicle before and after each wash. Sometime you’ll get chips in your paint or scuffing to your clear coat and bring it to the managers attention right away.

  This car wash is amazing! The staff is always so clean and friendly. Tyler hooked me up with the monthly wash package. Very nice young man. I stopped after work and looked like a homeless person but he didn’t treat me that way. Very polite and respectful! Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
