  The team was mostly friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend the detailing service other than the automatic car wash.
  I purchased the $65 meticulous detailing package after telling that sales guy that I wanted the top package. He rang us up said the detailing part would take about 30 minutes. After about 10 minutes they came in and said the car was ready, I even commented that seemed really fast. I got in the car to look for cash for a tip in the console and noticed there were a lot of crumbs still on the center console, and dust on the dashboard. For $65 I can’t let that go. I got back out and said something to them about it and they said “sure, we can do it again”, when they were done said they didn’t realize we had purchased the meticulous detailing package (which was still taped to the windshield) It did look a little better inside but nothing more than I could have done at home myself. The one guy apologized again, and I said no worries man, although the other guy clearly said “don’t apologize to her”. I was completely nice the entire time, I work in customer service, I wouldn’t be rude to them. AND that was after I asked them where to put the tip that we gave them when they were done the second time, which again was only about 10 more minutes.
  When I got home and decided to wipe down the rear view mirror that was still really dirty and a few other things that they had missed and this is what I saw when I looked in the back seat. It had not been vacuumed out at all. I never leave reviews and hate to be negative, but buyer beware if you are planning to spend that much, you may not get what you expect. Maybe they were just having an off day.

  I paid for the $20 car wash. After I left I went to work that was a mile away. My car did not get cleaned. It looked better but for $20 I thought it would have been cleaner. The one staff member was very friendly and nice. Just not impressed with the results.

  I took my truck through the wash for the first time and I was very pleased with the results I will definitely be coming back with the truck and my wife’s car. I was very pleased the drying process after the wash. Staff was friendly kudos to Dusty. See you soon ✅

  I visit White Horse at least twice a month. It’s a great place for a quick car wash & interior clean. Car shines, windows aren’t smudged and are actually clean, mats & dash look great! Employees are kind and professional. Highly recommend!

  This was a great interior experience! They do everything from unloading the car to the meticulous cleaning! I wish I had the before photo because it was the minivan mess of toting two busy kids around (spills, old French fries, dirt of all kinds)! My only complaint is the exterior wash seemed to leave scuff marks that were not there before. Will return for the interior, but might skip the exterior next time.

  Customer service -excellent!! Besides my car emerging clean (after I enjoyed the colored foam), I enjoy the powerful vacuums, the clean rags and vinegar/water spray to detail the interior, and the overall cleanliness and staff attention. Today, I dropped a ‘clip to to air vent’ diffuser for essential oils. I only noticed after getting home. However, I was back within 5 mins though it had already been discarded. No worries, the young man inquired with others, confirmed that it had been seen and discarded, and then he put gloves on and emptied the garbage can, dug through cold half-eaten pizza slices and sundry grossness, and emerged with my diffuser. Then, he cleaned it and handed it to me. All with the best of attitudes. Phenomenal customer service!!

  My tires still have dirt on the rims, and I still have stuff on the front of my car that wasn’t cleaned off. Which was the entire purpose of me going to get my car washed. To select a deal that includes cleaning your tires and to leave with dirt that’s visible and when u touch it, it’s on your hands isn’t okay.

  I’m really excited about their services. I went to the place today because my car was in need of some detailing. They offer some services, I bought the premium service and was phenomenal. They also offer vacuum service that I thought it’s great, some of similar businesses don’t offers the vacuum cleaner service or towels service neither.

  I went in today for a car wash. I have been a member since they first opened. They have recently raised the prices but I didn’t care since I like the car wash. I went in today with very little snow on my car and the guy came up and told me that they couldn’t wash it. I wish that they would have announced that online. But anyways I left. I have sent this business at least 12 customers. Yet I was turned down. I went to White Horse Car Wash and they didn’t even QUESTION me. They washed it and left it great. After that I drove down to Valley View and cancelled my subscription. My wife will also be canceling hers also I will let my friends that I referred know. They have to videos and proof to see the 2 times I went that day. 2/1/23

  This was my go-to place for car wash and I had the unlimited wash, I would go at least twice a week and was always happy with the cleanliness of my vehicle afterwards. Right before going out of town for over a month, I tried contacting them to cancel my membership only to find the phone was disconnected and no one responded to any of the social media outreach that I tried. There was no email address available. While I was gone, the rate increased by over 30% with no warning. I had to go in person and cancel my membership. I was told by one of the workers there thar it was recently bought out by a much larger car wash chain and everything had been going downhill since then. The person I spoke to was very understanding and refunded me for not only the month that I was gone, but the month before as well. Which I’m very grateful for. While I enjoyed the quality of the car wash, the new owners have a lot of customer service to work on.

  I am from out of town and this was the only full service car wash near me. I am glad i went. The people there were so friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job on my truck. Out side was beautiful the inside was brand new looking. I travel with my dogs and they even got the dog hair up. I will be coming back here when in the area. Great job all around!!!

  I have been coming here for 19 years. They have always done a great job. I drive alot, large family and being self employed, it has been a great choice to allow me more time with them, instead of doing myself to save money. Recently, I hadn’t been in for a while, popped in, they remembered me, two guys, said they were glad to see me, asked how I had been. So refreshing that they actually know, I am a regular. There is no place in town we’re you can just drop in and get the inside vacuumed, armor alley, windows cleaned. If you have not tried them, you should.

  Not worth the $45 I spent. I could do a better job at vacuuming. The guys worked hard and were very nice but not happy with the vacuuming and the leather seats were still dirty. I was going to get a membership but it’s not worth it. I can do a better job

  I used the vacuums and they are definitely worth it. To start I put $2.50 in the machine and to my surprise I had enough time to do front, back, and trunk area with time to spare so I moved my middle row and was able to sweep the area in front of my 3rd row!!

  Duke’s is the original full service carwash. The cheapest full service is more complete than the other fella in town and they give discounts to returning customers. Try Duke’s before you commit to White Horse.
