  1st time going the the facility and it was a very bad experience . Paid for the $16 wash that was suppose to include wheel and tire cleaner and no tire shine . Went thru the wash and truck was still dirty especially the wheels and wheel wells , and the front of the truck . I complained that my truck was still dirty and paid more than the basic wash option and the young male at the tunnel proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the ability to use pressure washers that are set up on either side of the tunnel on wheels or get brush any bug splatter off or dirt off before the wash . I told them every other car wash does a pre wash. They ran me thru the tunnel again and when I got out , left left tires had tire shine which I didn’t want and the right side had none. When I got home I had tire shine splatter all over the left side of my truck .

  Services is great. Clean stuff. Personnel is care about cars. . Clean area. And vacumm works fine should improve hoose. I like it the most in gainesville.great location

  I used to come here constantly, never again. I ran my car through the wash and it came out almost as dirty as it went in. The pictures are AFTER I went through the car wash. I had to take it to a different car wash to actually clean my car, after one run through it came out completely clean. Go somewhere else! Super disappointing, will not be coming here ever again. A complete waste of money

  It’s a heck of a business model they have there. For up to $25, you can wash your own car. They’ll provide a vacuum and some damp towels and you can do the work yourself. For a little more money, you can become a member where you’ll have the privilege to wash your own car an unlimited number of times for a monthly fee. If your car is already pretty clean and you don’t mind doing most of the work yourself and paying for it, come here. If that’s not you, take 5 minutes and look for a different place to get your car washed.

  $48 gets you polished bugs. They are not allowed to wash the bugs from the windshield or front of your car. The interior wasn’t even cleaned well. When I asked if there was a customer service number, I was told that they get these complaints daily and it won’t matter. Searching for a new place to get my car cleaned. I was once happy with the service, no longer.

  I I’ve been going there for several years not a regular customer but twice a year, and just recently went and won’t be going back. Back in November I went had my truck washed and when they gave me the total they asked me if I wanted to have the interior added to it, so now we’re charging an extra fee for doing the interior okay. I went back today prices have gone way up still charging an extra fee for doing the interior, which is apparently just a vacuum, so when my truck got done I walked around the front of it and there was still stuff all over the front and I got told well we no longer do the front pre-wash with the pressure washer. So they’re charging us more money charging us an extra fee to do the interior and don’t even get the vehicle clean on the outside no won’t be going back. Just for reference this truck was not muddy it had some sand on it from when I went down a dirt road but other than that every day stuff that I pick up off the road. I also got the most expensive package that included everything so my truck should have looked really good considering I paid almost 50 bucks for it.

  Wonderful place our pickup is too big for the wash but they will do a hand wash and detail for extra. Tony really stepped up on our truck and wifes car so I brought our 87 Trans AM for the same treatment. Super impressed with the work no question.

  WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! I have been going to Park Place for nearly 18 years now, but will no longer be getting my car washed here. I have been out of state for a few years and recently returned and was excited to get my car washed after a long road trip. I was shocked at the minimal effort put into the interior detailing by the employees. I paid $45 for the “works” outside and interior cleaning and was highly disappointed with the inside after my cleaning. My car is less than a year old and looks brand new on the inside and I always keep my car cleaned, but after a road trip it needed some love but they did not deliver. It looked almost the same as before I got the cleaning on the inside except for the floor mats being cleaned and vacuumed.

  The finishers, Alex and Philip, who work together as a team, are the best, and the single reason I use Park Place. The detailing crew is also good. Unfortunately, I use Park Place less and less frequently because the prices continue to rise constantly, and are too high. The owner does his best to mask the high prices with advertised volume package “deals”, which, if the customer does even minimal examination, can readily be determined to be exorbitant as well.

  I went there expecting to get a nice car wash and came back out with a huge scratch down the side of my car and I tried calling them and being reasonable about it but they won’t do anything even though it should be their responsibility to clean their equipment so these issues do not happen. So I suggest not going there unless you want to screw up your paint I definitely won’t be going there again.

  Hello everyone today I am using scrubs car wash. Honestly it’s the only car wash that I’ll come to in Gainesville Florida all of their equipment is always working correctly at all times and that’s a plus plus. It’s a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend scrubs carwash have a good day.

  For what I stopped by for, it was great…with only a few minor complaints.
  Out of town, visiting, and has taken dog in to some not clean water. Stopped by hear to wash him up and though not the fancy soap I use at home, it did exactly what I wanted. Little bit rinsing, little bit of soaping, etc.
  My issues:
  Water temp: did feel the water was a little warm. Wish there was a way to turn it a little cooler, at best.
  Lighting: it was later in the evening but with it being a 24 hour location, a light to at least be able to see one’s black dog would be helpful
  Payment: I used my credit card and at the end, assuming it would stop, took extra time to rinse out the tub a little bit more. Glanced up at the clock to see it running after my allotted time, and continuing to charge me. Not sure if this a credit card only function but would like the option to stop machine at said time.
  As said before – this place is convenient, as it is 24 hours and let’s me get my dog at least a bit cleaner, very quickly.

  I’ve been going to Scrubs for 3 years as it has been a convenient location for a self-serve car wash for me in Gainesville.

  On my most recent visit I noticed there were all new water sprayers, a new tire brush, new hoses, new signage, a new payment system that allows tap-to-pay AND you can use an app.

  Not only all of that, but the soap was no longer diluted and every function worked as expected if not better than expected. I’m not sure if Scrubs recently went through a change of ownership but whatever happened I like it, A LOT.

  Keep doing what you’re doing Scrubs and I’ll be sure to recommend your location to all my friends.

  I’m not from here…visiting from out of state. The wash was mediocre at best. The change machine gave me a useless token. We then move to the vac…The vacuum machine I used took $2.50 from me plus never worked. Would not recommend too much of a headache!
