  For a long time I simply drove through one of many of the drive-through car washes on occasion I would get out and still see dust lines or something that was missed. I actually came across this location after changing my oil with Jiffy Lube and receiving a free car wash. Honestly game set match will never go anywhere else! I Now understand why there’s always a little bit of weight and a line these guys go above and beyond and perform some of the best car wash work in town.

  EXCELLENT CAR WASH!! Ralph knows and has perfected customer service and runs an exceptional hand wash service. Great products and attention to detail. I stopped here during a visit to Ft. Smith and wish I could find something like this in Tennessee. They left our Range Rover impeccable!!!! THANK YOU!!

  Hands down the best car wash in town. The guys always provide excellent service and do a wonderful job. The owner is super cool as well, and always seems to be hands on with each car that comes through.

  The staff is always so nice, and friendly.

  Employees were all outstanding, HOWEVER equipment that they had to work with was total garbage. The place needs an extreme remodel. I trust the higher ups at the corporate offices will provide better services next time around & take this review into account, I have the faith. The fact that the employees were able to even get my caddy spotless was nothing short of a miracle. Please provide better working conditions for these young shepards. In the meantime you can all swing by your local grocery store & pick yourselves up a nice, fresh loaf of me😉👍

  Many times I come to this wash the employees are super nice. They are handing out google cards asking for honest opinions so they’re can improve the wash. So here is mine. It’s old you got these newer washes with better machines. This place is due for a huge update. I only come here because of the employees are nice. They deserve nicer work place and a raise . Everyone in a customer service job deserve a good raise.

  Use this car wash multiple times a week love it! Recommend the monthly pass and can’t beat the free vaccumns! Also came through with my puppy and she got dog treats, definitely go check them out.

  The automatic car wash didn’t rinse all the soap off. It didn’t remove all soap from the side mirrors, as I was driving out. I would have given a 5 star review, if the rinse off was better. Good vacuums.

  I used to have a monthly membership, but after damaging my vehicle a couple times, I decided to cancel. Yet they charged me for 2 additional months. No apologies for anything. They then wanted a bank statement showing they were still charging my account in order for them to refund my money. Nothing but a wate of time and money. Better off to just pass them by. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Definitely would not recommend them att all.

  Decent priced car wash. I really like the car washes that pull your vehicle through instead of just sitting there. It did a great job washing my truck. And it’s a nice perk to have free vacuums available. Will definitely be going back next time my truck is dirty.

  Took a company vehicle through and it didn’t really clean the detail areas like the grille and other intricate areas. Also left lots of micro surface scratches, I’m pretty sure this is just an automatic car wash standard. The staff are generally friendly.

  I just came here after work to clean my car. I will have to pay for another car wash somewhere else as there is still bird poop and bugs all over the car. Also, the vacuums did not work in any of the stall I tried.

  Was really excited to try the pet wash for the first time. We had our pup all ready to get washed up but the door was already locked?? I understand closing up early, but 30 minutes early?? Coming from a town that has a 24-hour pet wash, this is extremely inconvenient and probably won’t be coming back. I’d rather wash my dog at home and spare myself and my dog the hassle of getting over there if there isn’t going to be a consistent close time.

  Seems like this service has gone downhill. Soap doesn’t all rinse off anymore: Need rinse water to spray front facing so mirrors and back glass get rinsed. I don’t always have time to hand dry my car, even though the pass out towels now.(They know there is an issue). Maybe the owner in Memphis can send his Australian Maintenance man back to Fort Smith. And we need a way to wash our floor mats for the price!
