  Over the years that this establishment has been open it really seems that they have improved their day to day operations and listened to customer feedback. Not only this, the general employee to customer interaction is more pleasant than ever. This is especially concerning Bo at the w palmetto st location, who is an all around great guy.

  Great unlimited car wash plans, with access to unlimited vacuum and self service detailing. Every vacuum station now has direct access to rags and cleaners.

  This car wash is OK. I’ve had 21 cars, and been through hundreds of car washes across the US. I think the thing that makes this one not as easy is the location, but they can’t change that. I would like an easier way to permanently modify your car wash selection to remove tire shine rather than relying on telling the attendant. Canceling my service was interesting, because it does not use dates, nor does the little slip they give you; so I have canceled my service, but do not know when it runs out or renews. Overall, it does wash the Tahoe pretty well.

  At the time we went, it wasn’t very busy so we got through quickly. Then the vacuum base weren’t very busy either. They supplied the vacuum, the towels, and the cleaning spray. So this was really great to be able to clean the car

  Its a decent car wash until it damages your car, and if that car happens to be older than 10 years old they’re not responsible even when the car was perfectly fine driving in, Probably the worst business model I’ve ever seen. The owner will just try to pass the blame onto the customer, the staff of the place are however very kind, they’re probably the only professional part of Tidal Wave.

  Service scratched my dad’s car and they banned him when he pointed it out. Also their car wash randomly stops often and I went through once and it literally didn’t wash my car. Apparently the cameras don’t have sound so when the employee threatened my dad after the damage
  cops said it would be useless with no sound. So yea if I could give zero stars I would my dad was a 5 car customer so obviously they don’t even value customers. Oh and no number to complain

  Today was my first time using Tidal Wave. For $25, I wasn’t impressed. My car still had dirt and dead bugs on the front and back of it. I can’t comment on the vacuums as I didn’t use one there. On the up side, the employees were polite.

  Be careful using this facility to wash your vehicle. I use it on my 2023 Honda Odyssey that I only had about a week or so. Had damages to my right front bumper on the driver side. I asked them to run the camera back no damages found when I entered the wash. They refused to own up to the damages. This is not the first vehicle I reported with damages, but I still went back no more enough is enough. They act like they be dumbfounded when you report damages. Took it to a repair shop and my entire bumper will have to be repainted. The guy that does the estimate said that they get lots of vehicle damages from this establishment. Each its own a hard head will make a soft a*** my mom use to say. I have learned my lesson. Tidal wave on Irby street in Florence Sc good ridden .

  It’s a newly opened car wash in Florence. Facility is very efficient and spacious. Very convenient way to vacuum your car, they have a vacuum in both side. Staff is very accommodating and courteous.

  If I could give 10 stars I would. This place is great! I tried them out because I’m just about over tidal wave and I’m glad I did. My car is so shiny on the outside, but let’s discuss the vacuums. Their vacuums do the job they need to do and they have vacuums accessible on either side of your car so you’re not stretching like the ones at tidal wave. Then they have this blower that blows through the small cracks of the car. I didn’t even know that much mess was under my seats. They also have a floor mat cleaner. I had never heard of such a thing. The customer service was also fantastic. They asked me so many times if I was okay, that I was afraid they’d jinx it. Moral of the story is, I’ll be canceling my tidal wave subscription and I’ve started one with caliber.

  I’ve owned 24 cars in my life, and seen lots of car washes. This one is probably the best or at least top 3. I had no hesitation taking my $50k Tahoe though. Going to do the family plan; seems best value. Super nice employees!!!
