  I had an outstanding experience at Don’s car wash! They did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of my vehicle. But more notably, they offered day-changing customer service. I interacted with 4-5 employees, and they each greeted me with warmth and kindness. They responded knowledgeably to my questions and treated me with tremendous respect. The restrooms were nice and clean. They went above and beyond to put a smile on my face and turn my day around. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my (brief) visit.

  Came back a few times after this. Last week, the team did a much better job at cleaning the car. However, I only ask for the exterior cleaning from now on.

  This place is really going down hill. First time, great experience. Recently, paid for the Full Service $23.99 the first time… Exterior is ok. Interior, only carpet were washed, and nothing else. The napkin that left behind was even crumbled. I was shocked because I expected at least the dashboard should be cleaned. All the comments said to report dissatisfaction on the spot, but they just took the claim check and told me to leave.

  Now, I don’t really know what should be cleaned if I purchase the full-service wash, because it’s not much different than the $9.99 for exterior, besides my weatherproof carpets were washed?

  First time using Dons and I must say, TRASH service. Exterior was good I give them that, but the inside was not taken care of. I got the full service waxing and everything. I watched 6 ppl attack the car, thinking oh this is about to be awesome. After they were done floor mats still soaked. Fries and dirt still all under the seat, cup holders and dash still dirtied. I’ve literally cleaned this car 10 times better than they did after a road trip with kids. Using only a 7 dollar wash and free vacuum. So for 30 plus dollars, this was LITERALLY TRASH SERVICE .

  Much better wash than just doing it myself. Pretty good job of washing dash and console. Very clean floor mats and windows. Probably not as perfect as a car detail, but price is much less here too.

  Save the money and do it yourself! The last (2) times I’ve been here they don’t even wipe down the back of seats that have mud/dirt from kids shoes on them. My 7 year old could truly have done a better job. Such a bummer as it’s so convenient but just not worth it.

  Great service. Nice people. I recomend this place. They Washed tre truck and the trailer very good. I had bad experience with Blue Beacon in Altoona, IA where the guys forgot to clean under the trailer and one of the back door…

  Normally a good place to get wash. This time it seemed like they forgot citrus and brighter. Never had such a mediocre wash here before. Unfortunate, maybe a fluke.

  Not impressed. My car had spots that were still dirty. Every single vacuum was broken. I don’t think paying almost $20 for a car wash is worth it when you get a terrible wash and can’t vacuum.

  I wish there was always someone directing traffic when entering the wash as it was with Custom Car Wash, but otherwise I enjoy the wash. The license plate reader for the monthly pass is quick and the wash works well. The dryer system is decent, the soft cloth spinners at the ends are more for looks than they are for drying anything. No issues for the monthly price though!

  Fast and does a pretty good job but I’ve been a few times and it always bends my front license plate. I don’t have that issue at other touch washes. It is nice that they are open in colder temps than the gas station car washes.

  Quick and painless registering for the unlimited wash. A bit pricey for the quality if wash but the employee was very nice and the free vacuums work well. It doesn’t dry well no matter how slow I go when exiting.

  I visited the car wash when they opened. As part of their opening they gave an air freshener (see photos) that stopped working within a week so I went to toss it and it had ruined the finish on my shift housing. I went back to the store and the person there called the manager. The manager asked for pictures but said it wasn’t possible. I have tried reaching out again through email and you get no response from them. Be very careful if you decide to visit as they will not back their service or products.
