  I have a Mister Car Wash membership and usually go to the location across town. Today I stopped at this location as I was in the area. The two attendants examined the back of my truck for a good five minutes before telling me my truck could not go through because it had a “little” bit of dirt on the bed. The dirt she was referring too is some remnants that has been in there for a few months. I would understand if not for the fact that I have went to the other location at least 10 times, once this week, with this little bit of dirt in the bed just as it is today. It’s okay though, I will just continue to go to the other location. It seems to clean better anyway.

  I will never go to Mister Car Wash again. The 3rd brake light was torn off my Escalade. They refused to replace it. Located on 6th Ave. in Decatur AL

  I love going to Mister car wash. The atmosphere is great and the service is great. I had trouble understanding which car wash I wanted and a lovely girl name Elsbeth helped me understand the choices to make my decision. I will definitely be back.

  Had to cancel membership, was just too much having 2 cars. I would rather have the car detailed every other month than pay $60 per month for 2 vehicles. There’s a detail shop in Hartselle by the Huddle House near I-65.

  As a drive through car wash this facility has the rudest employees I have EVER encountered! When I asked the man at the entrance to the wash if he would please brush my front bumper and grill for bugs? He replied with an adamant NO. I asked why he brushed the vehicle in front of me and he refused to answer. He also brushed the car behind me.
  I’ll NEVER return to this location nor will I EVER recommend anyone purchase their unlimited membership. Giving serious consideration about cancelling my membership!!!

  This is a great car wash. I love the unlimited membership, gives you unlimited car washes and vacuuming for a monthly fee. The fee is very reasonable and pays for itself in two car washes compared to other pay per wash places. I have gotten my car washed, then it rained and was able to go back and get another car was on the same day! The vacuums are very powerful and they have a floor mat cleaner machine. The place os always clean, the staff smiles and it seems to be maintained well. I would definitely recommend.

  Only 1 star because the workers were nice!
  But the car wash its self is utterly unacceptable for 30$ You would Expect something decent but this car wash scratched up my car didn’t even clean it, if I’m being honest I could’ve done a better job with a rag and water

  I travel for work in my personal vehicle and have a Mister Car wash membership. This location BY FAR has the best service out of all the locations I have been to in Middle Tennessee and Alabama. Even 30 minutes before close, attendants are there and spraying and scrubbing the front and windshield, something that doesn’t even happen every time at each location. Outstanding job to those on duty the night of 05 October 22

  We are in the unlimited wash plan with our blue car and we love it. Today I took my mother in law car also to sign it into the plan and believe me that lil car needed it bad. I went thru and when I was drying the manager Justin came and check to make sure it came out clean, it still had some spots and he suggested to do the wash again and they power washed some areas this time (the first time they scrub it). Second go around and came out spotless. Justin provided excellent customer service. We will keep recommending Mister car wash here in Decatur.

  Like all the other Mister locations, your car will not get clean here. Bugs always still on the front, and the tire shine sprayed all over your wheels and side of the car. I always request no tire shine and it depends who’s working if they’ll turn it off for me or not. This place isn’t mean to get your car spotless, but it’s a good for keeping it somewhat clean until you have the time to do a good thorough hand wash. Also, it’d be nice if they quit wasting your time trying to get you to sign up for a membership, just let me pay for my wash and get on with my day!

  Well at this mister so far the employees have good attitudes. My issue is that it seems my jeep is getting damaged often. I have to dry my jeep off after each wash to stop the water spots from embedding. I currently have 2 damage claims in progress. I’ll post again after there completed with repairs.

  I’m not sure what’s going on with this carwash but they are changing things and seems like not for the better car still dirty after wash and supposedly the attendant usually scrub the car before going in but it’s not the case even when I paid the top dollar for it 🤔😲
