  After coming here for over a year I can honestly say that this is the best automatic car wash in the area. The staff is simply amazing and the services are well worth the price. I always ask for the wheel deal with my wash and my wheels remain shiny through the weeks even when it rains.
  I especially want to give a shout out to wheel wash staff member named Destiny who provided excellent service.

  Best wash around! Sent me through twice to ensure stubborn bug stains were gone. Team wiped it down, glosses the tires, great customer service! Reuben and his teammates are stars!

  Second time coming to this location the first time i had a bad experience and second time as well..do not get the $15.00 that suppose to clean your tires IT DOSENT and if you tell them they will tell you to pay extra $5.00 to do it by hand ? I can go to any other locations and pay $15.00 and get my car clean with my tires… the vacuums don’t work as much. You get a little be shampoo in your car … DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE.. this is a new location for any of this stuffs not to be working already..

  I use this car wash religiously, no matter how long the line is. Always give excellent service and you definitely get 5 star treatment no matter what you drive. Michael is one of the employees I know and is 10/10 the reason I will come back and use their facility. My tire shines always last a solid two weeks and they never rush anything they do. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been to this car wash three times now and every experience has been great! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Donovan specifically made my day today by helping me buff some scratches/marks off my car. I certainly wasn’t expecting that but I really appreciate great customer service like that!   We no longer live in Dallas but since we were in the area we decided to try Hello! after a beach trip. The person at the pay booth was super friendly (guy long hair) The wash quick, vacuums worked perfectly (some car wash have less than working vacuums) and Roger sealed the clean with a tire shine, in and out! 10/10 recommend

  I am a member of this car wash service and when I renewed my monthly service, they mistakenly double charged me. I called them to inform them and Frank got to the bottom of it immediately! Such professional service from him and Kevin, one of the managers as well. I got my refund two days later. No aggressive behavior, only very apologetic for their error. Ask for Anna if you ever go…she’s a doll too! It’s nice how she remembers every member to be just that! I wish they an area that they could do interior detailing…may be the only improvement needed! Love this place!

  I been happy with my membership for 2 cars, my only wish is I hope the dryer part can be better so I don’t have to dry manually with they’re towels. Everyone is very kind I like there service..

  Update 10/26/22 I did have to cancel my membership, the last time I washed my car the water stinks like sewer water and the dryer wasn’t working. We deserve better hope in the future you guys work on this issues, I would like to go back .. everyone deserves a second chance.

  My favorite car wash so far. Pro-tip … go to Salad & Go right next door before hand and grab an Arnold Palmer first. Everyone is always friendly and kind at Tommy’s. The drying service is the best. Love the fun lights in the car wash also. There is a tight turn in here but most leave room for back ups to straighten yourself out.

  I pay for monthly service here
  Been having it for over a year now.. i used to always go to the other location on forest ln until i noticed some machines were always going out and my rear wiper broke off while getting washed so i started coming to the one on ross ave and now the rear wiper broke off again so what do i have to do?
  A guy came out the office but didnt really help he was sure everything looked good..
  Those things are about $60 at GM

  Staff at the car wash were very nice however everything else about my experience was terrible.

  They had a promotion for unlimited washes for a month for the same or less than the price of a single wash. My car had gotten the treatment by a few birds so I was like yeah that sounds great in case the first wash isn’t enough.

  Poor quality car wash which completely missed the drivers side of my car. I went through again with the same issue.

  However my real issue is when I tried to cancel my membership they made it as difficult as possible. Online form was submitted which led to a customer service rep reaching out a day later and asking over the course of 1.5 days for seemingly excessive personal information to cancel my account. Finally the rep says she can’t cancel it and refers me to another email address which doesn’t exist. The phone prerecorded message answers that cancellations need to be made in person which finally seems to do the trick.

  Absolute hassle and definitely not worth. Worst experience with a company.

  My car looks amazing and the staff was great! The manager noticed my back wiper was missing and said he might be able to replace it. Sure enough he did. One less thing for me to worry about and nice of him to do that since it’s not part of getting a typical car wash. Great experience!!

  Great experience so far. The car wash is in a transition period from previous ownership to Zips, so we’ll see. So far I can’t manage my subscription online, and they didn’t have all the great squirt bottles that other locations have had. But the attendants were all friendly, and my car was successfully washed and dried.
