  Its a good car wash and usually everything goes well. Its when you need help that is not done by an automated machine that it drops from 5 to 3 stars. BMW has a little cover that conceals the roof rack mounting assembly. The fans are so strong that in time the blow them open and break them off. Most times I try to have an attendant go into the fan room and pick it up so that I can put it back on. Then recently I just got attitude and told that they cant be responsible for every little thing and my car is over 7 years old so they are not responsible. For the first time I made him fill out the claim. Its been days past the time he told me i would hear back from them and I have not yet. Maybe never will. Anyway great machines with the exception of fan speed being to high. If you need assistance the machines cant provide things will go down hill fast

  Does not offer towel dry at the end of the wash, a little disappointed about that. And this one does the same thing like the one in Sedalia does, doesn’t touch the passenger side of vehicle until just after the passenger door. I’ve already complained about it but it does no good because the problem still exist.

  Love this place! The staff is amazing and you get an incredible car wash. The vacuums are the most powerful I’ve ever seen at a car wash! We joined the Club and go two to three times a week! Highly recommend!

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Club Car Wash for years, with various vehicles I have owned. I recently went through the car wash and I was drying off my vehicle, I noticed the Mercedes grille emblem was missing. I emailed Club Car Wash’s customer service and was instructed on what to do in order to file a claim. I filed a claim with the manager at the Providence location (very nice and personable young man by the way) and he informed me of what to expect. I received a call and email from Club Car Wash stating that my claim was denied and was sent pictures of the Mercedes star attached to my vehicle prior to entering the car wash, with an explanation of my vehicle had “prior damage”. My Mercedes has never been in a car accident or in any other situation that would cause the emblem to fall off going through a car wash. I barely drive my vehicle anywhere because I work from home and I take great car of it. I literally drive my Mercedes to the car wash and back home at least once a week, especially in the summer time. I find Club Car Wash’s negligence and refusal to make the situation right for a loyal customer to be absolutely disgusting, over a part that costs around $99, and because of this, I decided to end my monthly car wash package. Being that I am a Veteran, I was hoping to be treated with more dignity and respect than this, since the pictures provided by Club Car Wash show the emblem was there before having my vehicle washed. The manager said he believed that he saw the Mercedes grille emblem where items are typically placed that fall off customer’s cars but when went to check, it was no longer there. He even checked the garbage and he did not find it. I filed the claim less than 24 hours from being instructed on how to proceed so where could the emblem have possibly gone? I have an idea, however, I don’t want to assume.

  I use the car wash quite a bit at various locations. The car wash is much cheaper and less labor from hand washing my vehicle at home. I usually have to wipe off the excess soap the rinse does not get. I also end up wiping a lot of water off of my vehicle when I exit the car wash. Over all, the car wash is good.

  I’m always so let down by how dirty the back of my car is when I leave. It is almost as if none of the features even touch this part of the car. The rest of the car is usually cleaned fairly decently and it definitely works well enough for when I’m feeling too lazy to give my car a hand cleaning.

  Club Car Wash is such a great deal. I used to wash my car occasionally. Since i got my membership i go thru often. My car looks great and i get free air fresheners. If you’re active or retired military your membership fee is 1/2 off.

  I have a brand new car (September 2022) that I brought here on December 20th, 2022. After going through the wash I got out to use their vacuums. I was the only one out of my car because it was so cold that day. I noticed that there were scratches starting above the front tire all the way to the rear bumper on both sides. I brought it to the manager’s attention and he apologized and told me, “this happens all the time”. He was well prepared to grab the iPad, take pictures, and file a claim.

  Once the claims department reached out to me their response to the pictures and my explanation was, “sorry sir, I just don’t believe you. You were the only one to complain that day.” I was taken off guard, I explained the manager agreed with the me and apologized for the scratches. Also the reason there probably weren’t more complaints is due to how cold it was outside. Most people don’t get out and check their car. Plus the scratches were very thin.

  Overall they did nothing for me. The woman from the claims department told me she would give me a max of $300 to “buff out the scratches”. However she never followed through with that via email. I have not heard back. Also, when I brought my car to the dealership they explained the scratches can’t just be buffed out.

  Overall this was a terrible experience. Avoid this car wash.

  Actually this place great I noticed it washes better than other club wash place 😁👍 no unwashed spot all the way around perfect other club washes doesn’t not wash properly wheels as well as trunk but this place great!

  I appreciated it when you had the detail shop on the south side of town. Now I have to drive across town to get it done. Not convenient for customers on south side. I have two monthly memberships. Always had good service. I would suggest taking a customer servey before making significant changes. Thanks

  Great service and just an overall job well done. Streamlined and efficient process. My one small critique is that it’s not easy or at least unclear as to how to tip the staff for someone who doesn’t carry cash very often. If there is an easy way it wasn’t made clear in the beginning of the process but I would love to be able to show the hard working staff more appreciation with a generous tip!
