  I’ve been coming to this location for years and before the name change. Definitely don’t feel like it’s worth your money now. Now it’s $10 for a wash that isn’t even that good. They also got rid of the vending machine with cleaning items sadly as well as never having trash bags in their trash can. Besides that vacuums being decent I don’t think I have much of a reason to come back. Was wayyy better before they changed to Take 5.

  This isn’t the first time this has happened but it has been a while so I tried it again. After the $14 car wash, I noticed the soap wasn’t rinsed off the back of my van so the attendant let me go through again. After that, I went to the vacuums and noticed the back was still dirty. I give up.

  Curtis is the main reason we keep coming back to the car wash! Curtis a.k.a. UNI, radiates such a positive and joyful attitude it’s infectious and we all look forward to seeing him each time we come through the wash. (My toddlers and I). Secondly the car wash in itself is outstanding. The unlimited club is an excellent value and I really love the brand new interior sprays that they offer. What a great perk!

  I have a monthly membership as this place is near. If I had a better option, I would take it. The carwash does not do a good job of rinsing my car after a wash and the dry leaves a lot to be desired as well.
  I suggest that they adjust the rinse cycle of their unit and add compressed air to the detail area for those of us who LOVE our cars.

  I use these type of car washes because they are a time saver. I know they recently changed some things, like providing towels, which I prefer. Every time I go to the competitor, they are out of towels and their trash cans are full. Here, I feel like they are always making sure the trash is empty, towels are accessible. I also think their vacuums work better.

  Car Was USA Express is a great local car wash. I purchased the monthly membership, which pays for itself. I have to wash my car at least twice per week due to the constant changes in weather. Two car washes without the membership is the same price as the monthly unlimited car wash price, which makes the monthly membership an outstanding deal. Initially I had an issuer with my monthly membership chip, the staff did an outstanding job remedying my issue and so never had an issue again. I highly recommend this Car Wash USA Express location.

  Good, soft touch car wash. Appreciate having microfiber towels available in the self-service detailing area, as the car wash never gets the lift gate of my 2022 Honda CR-V completely clean. Also, there are always suds left on the passenger side where the hood, fender, and door come together. I talked to the attendant, and he said those are known problems. Hope corporate reads reviews like this and fixes them.

  Dylan was very helpful and informative in telling me about the special they were running. I got a full service car wash at the lower price and the opportunity to take advantage of more as many as I liked for this first trial month. Afterward if I decide to get a monthly subscription I have the choice of which level of wash I want. He was very helpful and I also appreciated him putting the sticker on my windshield for automatic entry😊 Thank you Dylan (I hope I spelled your name right!)

  This car wash is amazing! I go way out of my way home JUST to get their services. I always get great customer service, they are fast, there’s always someone scrubbing the cars, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in line to get in. Their manager is a sunshine, he is definitely the best!

  My favorite car wash in the springs. The employees are so friendly! A young lady named Nella is always working when I arrive and I love seeing a friendly familiar face every time I go to get a wash. She is so sweet and it just adds a level of comfort always seeing her when I arrive. I have anxiety and she makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. They have the best vacuums and if I’m not satisfied with the first wash they let me get back in line and wash my car again without giving me attitude or awkward vibes. Love this place! Clean car and great vibes!!

  This is THE place to wash your car. Not only are the membership prices reasonable, the quality of the vacuum area is the best in the area. I’ve never had to wait for a stall to use their vacuums.

  I feel like quick quack goes above and beyond the other local car washes. They provide a free dash wipe on every visit. Two types of vacuums (wide and crevasse heads) on BOTH sides of each stall. The addition of compressed air is what really gets me excited. Wuth it, i can blow water out from behind the panels of my car. I also use the compressed air to clean the interior too. (Chef’s kiss 🤌🏿)They even provide CLEAN microfiber clothes to aid drying the car. All this starts at a reasonable rate and they’ve got locations all over the city. Man, y’all are killing it. I do recommend.

  The Quick Quack car wash is the move if you are wanting to get your car clean quick and efficiently! All the team members are super kind and happy to help, and the car wash is quick but high quality.
  The main thing I want to highlight is their vacuum spot: it is amazing! Two different vacuums with high suction (better than the vacuums most professional detainers have), an air pressure gun for all the nooks that a vacuum can’t get like between buttons, and clean microfiber towels good for the interior or exterior of your car.
  They also have memberships which is worth the buck if you go to the car wash 2 or more times a month. It’s kinda an expensive membership but for the quality, vacuum station, and multiple locations it’s worth it.

  I paid $22 for the best wash they had and this is what I got. I remembered why I never go there anymore. If you’re looking for a car wash that cleans your whole car, this is not it.

  Company as a whole gets 5 stars. The one off Austin Bluffs 10/5 if I could. Staff is always friendly and I’ve never had problems with the car wash being closed. Customer service is also top notch when I call to check for closures. Vacuums are clean and strong and the wash itself always gets my car clean.
