  There were many spots that dried on my car and I was unable to remove the spots. Likely the clear coat that splashed on the car when I drove off with the car still wet. The customer service was great, they rewashed my car twice, helped me hand remove these spots.

  I’ve had a membership to here for over a year and this place makes your car look great. The service is always great but Jt and Nate go a bit above the rest in service. The traffic from glenway and the small lot are really the only cons of this location as some times are so busy you can’t turn into the lot.

  Horrible experience at Oakley Station Mike’s Car Wash it’s not worth $13. I followed employee instructions to correct my car’s alignment on the belt. He ran off after he realized what happened. My car proceeded to get impaled by their machinery and Claims Depart. is refusing to take responsibility.

  I’ve gone here for awhile and noticed small scratches on my car. Today there was a huge chunk taken out of the paint of my new 2022 4Runner. Literally a piece of the washing fabric was caught and left in the fender. They do not clean the fabric in the washing parts, or at least not frequently enough, so rocks and debris get caught and mess up your car. Staff is nice but I’ve been paying $70 a month for their ultimate service and have only noticed more and more scratches over time. I pay way too much to have my car get damaged like this. Canceling my subscription.

  New Mike’s Carwash in Oakley. Best part is not having to drive to the hinterlands to use my birthday coupons. Futuristic vacuum hoses and plenty of cleaning stations. Forget your microfiber cloth? They have a vending machine for that.

  Friendly staff and great service. They are a full service car wash. They vacuum your car, wash your floor mats, wipe down the interior and exterior windows and wipe down and dry off your car afterwards. Always willing to correct any issues, I have a monthly subscription and come often sometimes 3-4 times a week and they are open year long too.

  The line was to the street. I patiently waited for almost an hour to get my vehicle cleaned. i purchased the premium package. My car came out. Wheels were still dirty and not shined. Floor mats wet and turned in the wrong direction. The inside was not touched at all. Ash tray was just wet and not cleaned.

  People are very nice but the service is bad bad bad! They did NOT wipe down my dashboard, doors or any of the interior. It is really disappointing because the prices went up and the service went down. The attached picture doesn’t even come close to everything they missed but the best I could provide to show the dust.

  I have been a customer since the late 80’s and the service has gone from wonderful to horrible. During my two most recent visits, it did not look like they vacuumed the car plus they did not wipe down the interior nor the door jams. I purchased a gift card and, once I use all the money, I am done. I am not going to pay for a car wash and, then, go home to clean it properly.

  As others have mentioned, the employees are very polite but quality control is gone.

  Very disappointed in the service I received today. Paid for the top cleaning package. The wash looked good but when they said they were done I had to ask them to wipe the bottom of the inside doors because the workers didn’t do it. Then they didn’t even open my rear hatch and dry that also asked them to do it and the worker had someone else do it as he walked away. Floor mats were cleaned but not put back in car properly they just threw them in there. I understand they are busy but for the money paid I would expect better service.
