  Took my sons dirty truck in with low expectations since it needed a lot of attention. I just wanted a general wipe down. Told the lady give me the works and added extra tip since it was so dirty. She looked inside the car and said it wasn’t that bad. The vacuum team did amazing and they were five star. The interior wipe down that group seemed like they could care less and just completely missed wiping certain things down. Even if they would’ve done just a quick wipe of dash I would’ve been fine- but skipping it altogether set me off.

  I have used this car wash service for almost 15 years. When they stopped hand-wiping for the finish, I was concerned. I just kept a rag in the car for touch-ups. I have had their unlimited wash service for over a year, and the quality has steadily declined. It is becoming too much to “touch-up”. At this point, I might as well have done it myself. I love the convenience and hope you guys can get this figured out.

  It’s just okay. I got the highest package for interior clean, and chose the highest tip option. I was asked if I wanted to add a scent, I said yes and chose New Car. The attendant was very nice. It took quite a while, probably close to an hour. It was fairly busy and I understand… there was a garden center right across the parking lot so I was happy to poke around over there. When my car was done, there was no scent and it wasn’t as clean as I would have thought. was it cleaner than it was? Yeah. But was it super clean? No. Just okay. I’ll keep doing it myself going forward and save the $40. Their lobby is nice though 🙂

  Do not leave anything of value in your car because they hire thief’s! I forgot that I had my gas money in my middle console and they stole it! 70$ ! I would not recommend them to anyone! They were not sympathetic at all and said that no one there would ever do that. Well they did! They don’t care about their customers and we’re very rude to me and just acted like they didn’t care . I will be cancelling my membership!

  I had gone through this car wash 3/2021. At that time I was unknowingly signed up for a membership. Fast forward I have been charged monthly for this without realizing it until today when my account went negative because of this charge. I called for a refund, the gal I spoke with said she could see the account has not been active since that time in March 2021. I received an email stating that they will give me a $65 refund. I replied asking them to please refund the full $385 I have paid over the last 18 months. I have not heard back and I am so disappointed with this company. Times are so hard right now, and this is so unfair to decline my refund when I had no clue I even had this membership 🙁

  I use this place when I want a full service wash inside and out for a competitive price. The car always looks really good. The reason I’m not giving a higher rating is the mechanism that allows my front seats to go back and forth doesn’t work anymore. I noticed it right after I had left Johnny boys. Recently also a friend of mine said that she had the same problem with them and she went back to complain. They told her that they didn’t do anything wrong. So I’ll keep going there for now, but if I have a problem again I’ll never go back.

  Count me as a new fan! Had my car interior cleaned to the fullest extent and it looks fantastic. Nice and cozy inside too if you do anything there where you stay and wait. Definitely recommended.

  Be VERY careful not to lose/misplace any gift certificates. They keep no records. Despite pandemic, super long wait-list, and being able to present original $150+ paid receipt for Christmas gifted full interior detailing, best they’d do was buy again 50% off. Know it’s my fault, but have a heart! 🙁

  Quality care & excellent service! I scheduled my detail on a Friday and was able to get in last minute on Monday! I am due with baby #2 and really wanted a clean car. They exceeded my expectations. I also have a Golden Retriever that goes on many car rides and the dog hair is completely gone! The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make you happy. I will definitely continue with their service by choosing one of their many awesome & affordable monthly packages!

  The service and quality of work from sparkling image car wash is unparalleled. The workers here will undoubtedly clean any vehicle far better than the new car washes being built around the Cedar Rapids area.   Do yourself a favor and save the $27 and go somewhere else! The 10 minutes it took them to attempt to wash my vehicle is a joke! My glass is completely smeared and I can barely see through it not to mention there are fingerprints on my windows as well. They did not wipe down the interior even though I paid for them to do so and the vacuuming is non existent. I could have done a better job at home with interior wipes.
