  These guys let a guy cut in front of me and back in from the front because he got a bad wash at another location. The manager on duty left before telling me what was going on. I waited over 30 minutes for the first truck to clear the bay. I wont be coming back ever!! it was a JB hunt Owner Operator.

  We have a Ford F350 longbed truck and a 41’4″ RV. We stopped for lunch and noticed this Blue Beacon right next to the Pilot Truckstop. We had heard from other RVers that Blue Beacon was a good place to use. I called and they said to come on over. They had two bays and both were operating. It was easy to get into the line. They were all super nice. We were quoted 42.00 to wash the truck and fifth wheel. We we offered rain-x for both vehicles, and citrus shine for the wheels, with taxes it brought the total cost to 67.50. That’s a great deal. They did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier!

  Did a really poor job. The back of the cab and catwalk dirt all over. Rims on truck and trailer has mud on the valve stems. I was stuck in the mud last week and went to blue beacon and they did a awful job. The company I drive for has 70 otr trucks and has around 140 stores renting out construction equipment. This is the worst blue beacon I’ve ever been to. I’ll be passing by this location next time. I’ll be letting my company know about the terrible wash job.

  We get the $10.00 per wash version when we go, bought off one of their gift cards. Their machine does a good job, but best if you use their cloths supplied to remove the finals waters drops. They provide free vacuuming also to finish off your trip. They have multiple payment options and service packages you can sign up for.

  Several of the vacuums were broken so I had to wait to use one. The only bottle of spray available was one bottle of bug wash, no windshield cleaner, no multipurpose cleaner. Rainstorm used to be a pretty decent facility to wash your car inside and out but for $18, I and not satisfied. Will be looking for a different facility from here on out.

  For the premium $$s spent, it is the worst car wash. The entire back of the care came out filthy, and the tire shine only hit one spot on each tire. Very dissatisfied.

  They only pre-wash the driver’s side & back of your car… fairly clean car.
  New edit as of 12/31/22… now they don’t do the prespray anymore… lady said NO. I’m confused… they used at least do 1/2 the vehicle, bow nothing at all. 👎

  Great job clean first time friendly employee’s attention to detail I have been cost to cost fantastic place vacuum work the hand towel is a good idea three stars if you don’t believe me try some of the places I have reviewed this business three times Consistency in cleaning the vehicle is about 60% The bird poop was still on the windshield most of it was off the back there is various places around the vehicle where I did not get cleaned get cleaned I could ask him to run it back through again but I believe that don’t put another coat of wax on they just run it through the regular thing so the racks that gets taken off that she had put on Does not really make much sense More to come

  The wash itself was good and the prices seemed fine, maybe a little high, but the lead up could use some work. The pricing screen with features of each wash is absolutely tiny, you can’t even really see it even if you are the first in line. It’s not good. Also, inexplicably, the building was constructed too far from the curb to have a drive up window, so an attendant has to dash out to your car. It’s very silly, almost feeling shady and seems like it could and should have been avoided in the construction phase.

  I took my Jeep Wrangler through and got the highest end wash, bc it was a Tuesday special. My Jeep still had visible dirt on the outside and not really worth their $20. Their vacuums are really nice and high powered to pull some of the stubborn dog hais out of my carpets.

  I absolutely love this car wash. They hit all the spots and customer service is always great. I highly recommend coming here especially if you drive on the expressway a lot. The price is very reasonable and you get a power wash before entering into the car wash.
