  I put money into vacuum my car the first machine didn’t work at all but give me my money back second that you worked the first time when I put the dollar in and then when it stopped and I had to go put more money in it took my dollar and wouldn’t give it back and since I didn’t have any more cash and there’s no ATM anywhere for some reason, I was unable to finish cleaning my vehicle and it still dirty in one spot.

  Love this place! Well lit, clean, affordable, gets the job done, open 24/7. Vacuuming stations are also available. One unique thing about this wash barn is the center has tall wash areas for RVs and or boats.

  Something is always broken and you end up loosing money more then anything. Your better off spending $10 at a gas station or washing it yourself. Use to go a couple times a week now every time either hose is broke, foam soap doesn’t work or the spot free rinse. Then he says he’ll send you a gift card which doesn’t ever match the amount lost then argues with you when you tell him your gift card hasn’t arrived. Shoot use your hose at your house and dish soap instead of dealing with a broken business and someone who doesn’t stand by what he says he’ll do.

  This is the 2nd time this has happened to me this year. years ago they did a good job, I think that as time goes by the good work they did before is declining. again yesterday I paid for the package that they offer you cleaning inside (surfaces) I even talked to the cashier about my bad experience last time. When I received my car, one of the young people who cleaned told me your car is ready and I asked him if they cleaned the interior surfaces as the package I bought said, which he only said I only cleaned the windows, I don’t know if my co-worker did the rest, when I got into the car, the car was the same as I gave it to them, I went back to talk to the manager, who offered to clean up a bit of what they didn’t do, in the end everything It continued practically the same as I gave it to them, there was no refund offer, an apology, absolutely nothing, I simply left disappointed, annoyed, feeling that I spent money just for washing the car on the outside. I do not recommend it sadly. They must do a better job or simply do not offer something that they are not going to clean.

  I’m ecstatic! My car was delivered to my home a few minutes ago and it is beautiful! I don’t believe it has ever been this clean, not even when I bought it new at the dealership seven years ago. Everything has been cleaned to the highest standards. I can’t wait to show everyone my “new” car, because that is how it looks and feels! Thank you Red Carpet for your friendly, hard working staff.   Had my vehicle detailed & they did excellent work! Looks better than what a dealership does for prepping used vehicles for sale. Very happy with the service & the added coupon made it reasonable. The guys were also very polite.

  I went here about a month or so ago. I paid $30 for the executive cleaning. I travel a lot, so bugs are plastered on the front of my vehicle, and my dogs shed like crazy (chihuahuas), so their fur is all over the inside. The outside of my car looked great and I was happy initially. Then I looked inside and saw none of the interior had been done. I’m new to the area and didn’t want to make a fuss, so I took the loss. I’m looking into getting my car washed again and was going to give this place another go, but I noticed my experience was not a one-off. I can’t justify spending $30 to get just the outside of my car cleaned when I can go through an auto-wash for $10 to get pretty much the same service. Disappointing.

  I got the $26 wash and detail. The whole experience was subpar. The cashier overlooked me twice and then did not give me proof of purchase so I had to go back and get it. I mirrors still had bugs on them. The inside looked like a 10 yr old cleaned it. I had to wipe down the inside and apply armor all. This was after waiting 25 almost 30 mins to for my car. I do not recommend nor will I return to this car wash. 😒

  This place is nostalgic for me I remember coming here as a kid with my mom to do laundry and now as an adult I come here to do my laundry it reminds me of happier more simple times. The owner is an amazing man and always has time to stop and chat. Using the extractors is the best it helps dry clothes in half the time and this is the only place in town that has them.   Great place. Clean for how old this place is. Owners are great. They take care of any problems you have that moment. Only complaint I gave is all the homeless hanging around. I came to do laundry and I can’t use the facility sinks or bathroom for people are using it to change, clean up and brush there teeth. You also have limited seating since they are jus sitting in them.

  The machines were clean. I washed & dried 5 loads, including blankets for $15. I used the extractors before drying. They really helped get the excess water off the clothes. The change machine gave dollar coins & quarters. The extractors & dryers take either coin, depending on how much time you want. We were able to park the RV in front. There is also a small parking lot. The bathroom was clean & free. There is a sink outside the bathroom too. While I was there, the attendant was cleaning floors & walls. I would use this place again

  On my 3200 mile road trip, I thought I’d found the perfect place to wash my truck while cleaning my clothes. Everything went as planned, but I forgot a few items in the car wash stall that I’d taken out of my truck. I didn’t realize it it till few hundred miles down the road. I called Koin King (left voicemail) multiple times and also sent email through the contact form on their website. NO response at all. Ignoring my inquiries is why I only give them one star. If they can’t give the courtesy of a reply, I won’t expect them to have any kind of customer service worth mentioning.
