  Visiting Bend for few days and decided to get my car wash.

  I personally had no problems. I selected the highest end option and it did a fine job.

  As far as non touch less car washes go this is pretty standard. “Free” vacuums at the end.

  Car Wash Nirvana for all of us car washing nerds!

  In Summary:

  – AMAZING extras – sinks, SHADE, pressurized air, mat wash

  I got a coupon and thought I’d try it out. I was met by a friendly staff member who offered one of the following free – air freshener, dash wipes, garbage bag – she gave me all three!
  The wash was good, the vacuums are strong and the nozzles stay put. What blew me away were all of the extras this place had.
  First, they have sinks so I can get my own cloths wet. Second, they had the most amazing pressurized air guns for getting all of those pesky tiny bits of dirt out of the many crevices of your car. Amazing! Next, they offered the usual coin-op cleaning items. Bonus was the mat washing machine. Adding to the experience, most of the vacuum bays are in the shade, making it a much better experience than vacuuming my car out in the blazing high desert sun. Other amenities – handicap bays, bathrooms, and drinks. They even offer a monthly plan for multi-car families.

  For starters, would not recommend coming here.

  The staff rotates regularly and often times they have to close the service side because they don’t have people to man it. So you have to go through the automated section (which results in a lower level of service being offered).

  If you do go through the staffed side, you’ve got a 50/50 chance of getting good service or just totally bad service. It’s a roll of dice.

  The wash itself is pretty terrible. They smatter your vehicle with the brushes but they don’t do a very good job of actually washing all parts of the vehicle. The biggest problem I noticed with it is around the curvier parts of my vehicle and the back.

  The vacuums, while free, are low to medium section a lot of the times. I’ve often times had to rotate where I parked just to get a decent vac. They don’t pick up well. The air hose was nice for crevices as their wash doesn’t do a good job of rinsing. So blowing soap off my vehicle was pretty common.

  This is basically a discount half arsed way of washing your vehicle. Would recommend the touchless wash across the street if you don’t need to vac or another wash that does a better job.

  I cancelled my monthly membership after getting tired of the service at the front and subpar washing/services that were offered.

  I tried the new location twice. I noticed they did not spray off my car before scrubbing the gravel from the roads all over my hood. I called and asked if this was standard and they told me yes. They said if you want a rinse you have to ask for it. So I went through a second time a week later. I asked them to spray it before they brush it. They wrote a note on my window and I happily pulled around. The workers at the entrance of the wash tunnel looked confused and started scrubbing the gravel around again. I said I asked for it to be rinsed before they scrub it. So the sprayed a little on the front of the car but did nothing else. They do not scrub the wheels, windows, mirrors, front, back or runner boards. The car comes out the other side still dirty do to a lack of attention in these areas. I was excited to try this place, but I won’t be returning. The Sud and Shine down the street does a far superior job and won’t scrub gravel all over your car. I do not recommend going here of you like the finish on your car.

  $20 for a car wash and my truck was still dirty. I let them know and went through again, but it was still dirty with the winter road dust I went in with. That alone didn’t bother me enough to leave a negative review, but the rude employee definitely did. As I tell my team, our #1 job description is to be nice. I was nice, you be nice. It’s that simple. I know that dealing with the public isn’t fun, but that’s why you are getting paid to do it. I showed the manager, Garrett my truck and he had me go back through, but he didn’t care about the horrible customer service that I received from his employee.

  Have always loved coming here over the years, it’s just seemed a little different lately. Took my truck through and noticed a few “turbo nozzles” in the wash weren’t operating properly as I rode through and stuck in one position they blast pretty hard. I was pretty shocked to see paint missing off my hood and fender when I got out after the wash. The staff didn’t seem to shocked, the dryer grabbed the manager who was there. I explained the issue with the nozzles and was met with a shoulder shrug. Not great.

  I liked coming here until I realized the brush they use before you go through the wash left scratches all over the paint of my 22 4Runner.

  I went through this and it seems either the brush they used before going into the wash scratched my 2022 4Runner everywhere. Or the things inside the wash did. I left a review and someone commented to contact Darci. So I called and she was not there but they took my info. I have not received a call back. When my car was getting dried I noticed the Scratches and said something to the employee. She asked for my receipt and walked away. Poor communication, poor customer service. Will not return.

  They had cones closing the lanes, open sign was off. I walked up asked if they were open, worker were extremely disrespectful and rude. Worker pointed at the ceiling and said” duh we’re open dude”. He was an older man, and he made me feel stupid. First time I have ever seen this place and I’ll never come back. I went to “ Pro Lube of bend “ down the street. They were very professional, and treated me dignity. Clearly something red carpet can NOT accommodate.

  I was not sure that the vehicle I drove thru the wash would look any better when finished. To my utter joy the car came out beautifully. You folks do a fine job of making folks’ automobile look like it did on the show-room floor!

  Paid $15 for the Deluxe wash. As you can see from the pictures, there’s still a ton of dirt on my car after the wash. May as well not have bothered. The young men working there are very nice, though.

  I have used Empire car wash for many years but on January 9th I came in for a car wash and had a terrible experience… There was a long line of cars and when I pulled in for my turn I was brought in fairly close to the car in front of me. My Car was brought in and the car wash started and somewhere inside they stopped the machine and my car was pushed into the bumper of the car in front of me. The car wash started up again and I was pushed out along with the car in front of me hugging it’s bumper.. The car in front of me went on out and drove off and there was a long line at the car wash so I came back a week later and talked to the manager. Their manager immediately told me that they were not liable for anything before he even heard me out. The manager even said that I must have put my break on and no matter what I said about what had happened he continued to say that they were not liable instead of wondering if there was a problem that they could fix on there end.. And as I have seen in other posts they didn’t even get my car cleaned. Their employees have always been wonderful but the manager was terrible.

  The car wash employees are awesome. The car wash itself was recently renovated.
  I wish they could open up the Gorilla Growlers pub again. That was a fantastic spot to go near my house for an excellent selection of beers.
  And I could tell my wife I was running to the car wash.

  Prefer to have free vacuums, car wash customer service should be more honorable and also public bathroom would be nice if you’re gonna be rude to your potential customers before they purchase something then you’re not gonna get that customers friendship
