  I stopped in for an oil change on my truck. Olivia was the service tech. She was great. Best customer service ever. She insured I was made aware of all services step by step. Quick turnaround. I definitely will go back again. Thank y’all

  The equipment does not do a good job. Constantly being inundated by employees to buy a monthly package. The price is up and quality of service is way down. They used to have good equipment. There are never enough vacuums to serve the customers. It is free with a car wash if you can ever find one available. They are making the buildings prettier but they do not plan to update the equipment. Will switch to another provider as soon as it is built. It is under construction now.

  All I have to say is this review is long overdue!! I went to the business trying to get air in my tires and I received A1 customer service. The air was put in my tire to perfection and I received a bottle of water and other goodies while I waited. I have to say that Micheal, Corey, Dino, Ethan , and Todd were all amazing and they deserve a raise!!! The customer service and conversation was like no other!! Just stop by the business and see for yourself!!! You have a lifetime customer here! ?

  Involved in an accident in their Carwash machine and they refuse to answer correspondence or pay for damages. I’ve sent emails, made phone calls and had estimates done. Their adjuster Chris has terrible customer service skills and is extremely disrespectful.

  Went to update my auto’s inspection sticker. What I experienced was the worst customer experience ever; resulting in a wait of over 30 minutes.
  There were only two cars in front of me, but the service agent and other employees were busy talking, eating and dancing, with no regard for the customers.
  I finally got out of my vehicle and told one of the other employees that I had been waiting over 30 minutes. He yelled at the attendant to take care of my vehicle.
  The attendant was not happy and very rude to me.
  I spoke with the manager and he said there was no way I have been waiting that long.
  I finally got my inspection sticker and called corporate to report the employee and manager.

  Very pleased with the ease of getting in and out, Love the free vacuums, along with clean car and many other features available to clean and care for vehicle. Even has station if you need air in tires

  I went for an oil change which is my place to go for that. Never had any major problems with them. Once they didn’t have the oil filter my car use, they topped everything off and the service tech told me when to come back for the oil change. Great place to go.

  Around 3 weeks or so ago, I recently learned that this particular car wash has FREE vacuums!! That’s SO convenient for those in desperate need of detailing their vehicle on a “tight” budget!

  Moved to Louisiana in May and have yet to find a car wash that compares to the one we used in Tennessee. So far this one is the best but that’s not saying much.
  Differences front TN to here. No techs to scrub the front before entering the wash. Only one size of vacuum head to use which is the skinny one that makes it hard to do large areas. Other one has towels, class cleaner, air freshener, and interior wipes available. Bennys has NOTHING.

  As if I want to carry a full kit of cleaning supply’s around with me daily. I’d gladly pay $35 a month to have these items available. Not sure yet if I’ll keep the membership. I had to run my car through twice just to get it clean it didn’t do much at all for the bugs without scrubbing when I didn’t ever scrub at the car wash we used in TN. (storm car wash in Chattanooga).

  Maybe my expectations are too high. Or maybe what they offer is sub par. I’m going with the latter of the two

  Had areas on truck body that didn’t get washed. I understand that I didn’t get out and prep the truck, I would think an automatic wash system would do a better job than this one did. Dirt shows well on a black paint job so the services obtained show the quality of the wash given.

  First off, every time I come to the Seigan location I am greeted with friendliness and smiles. Everyone is so helpful but I have to shout out Corey! He literally goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE time to make sure I am happy with my services! If you were having anything other than a good day, he will make sure you are smiling after he gets done helping you checkout. Great job Bennys! Y’all always come through with making my car sparkling and smelling new!

  One stop shop for my vehicle. Oil change and unlimited wash membership is the way to go. For $29 a month for unlimited wash, I keep my vehicle clean and shiny. You might think the owner is crazy for this deal, but you would be crazy not to have the unlimited wash membership tag on your vehicle.
  The staff so amazing, friendly and professional; sometimes I stop here just to say hello.
  They have new location on Lee drive.
  the location in Essen lane needs some upgrades.
