  Getting to this point is inconvenient and a waste of time, but I hope it helps others to consider this place before bringing their vehicle here… I live near this place and it was convenient for me to take my vehicle to wash here for six months I never had any problem until one day in the middle of the wash the machines broke the driver’s mirror and when leaving the wash I told them and the assistant manager took the report and said to me that in 3 days they would contact me, and they never did, two weeks later I asked again what was happening and they told me that they had tried to contact me but it was not true, I told them to leave me a voice message in case I could not answer the call (this to make sure that they did) but they didn’t do anything either, I went back to the place and asked to speak with the manager who was in charge that day and they didn’t want to pass it on to me, they told me again that they would contact me, this time I told them to contact me through my email and neither that. So I called the corporation directly thinking they would take better action on what happened and they said they would contact the manager in charge of that place but nothing either, I called the corporation again and told them this was so ridiculous and unprofessional of them and that I did not want to go to the extreme of suing them just for a mirror and they acted as if this time they were going to fix the problem, but it’s been two weeks and still nothing. This accident happened on June 30, 2022, and we are already on August 18 of 2022 and they still haven’t solved anything for me, not even communicating with me, I wouldn’t say I like to go to extremes, but with such unprofessional people, although They are a large company and they do not behave as such, so we have no choice but to take other types of actions to see if they start to treat customers better.

  Their rollers were being worked on when I wanted a wash so I went to vacuum first. Once I was done, they upgraded me to the best wash due to the fact I had to wait. They have amazing customer service and I am going to aquire a membership due to my experiences with them and would highly recommend anyone else to go get a quick quack membership as well!!!!!!!!

  Convenient location and car wash was very good. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Autumn was the first person I saw before my car wash and she was so friendly. I recommend.

  I love Quick Quack off Bell. I’ve gone to get single washes at other Quick Quacks in the area but when I came to this one, Luis was really professional and I definitely got a membership. It always runs smooth and every time I go and Luis is there, he always wears a smile and waves. Definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends!

  While the areas that were touched were cleaned pretty well, the front middle of the car was completely missed by the car wash. The towels being used to dry the windows definitely need to be replaced since they left terrible streaks and residue on all the windows, and there were no rags available for me to do any touching up. I have definitely had worse experiences at other car washes, however; all that said, next time I’d be more likely to pay the neighborhood kids 20 bucks instead!

  Thank you MJ for the smile and professionalism. The staff no matter the location have great customer service. I liked how all the vacuums had really good suction. That has been a complaint of mine for some time.
  I however don’t like how all the locations now ask what membership I want instead of what wash. It seems dishonest and have heard several people I know get fooled in to the membership. It’s hard to cancel and not a business practice I like.
  I have noticed the last few times I’ve gone through my rims are not washed well despite going through another time.
