Finally found a touchless wash that does undercarriage and plays nice with my snorkel. Great guys, great service, great prices. Their top tier wash is less than the price of the top tier wash at a chain like ScrubaDub, and a much more thorough wash too. There are hands on car wash wands available if you dont want to use the touchless car wash. There is a change machine located in the back by the touchless car wash. It also takes cards if cash is not on hand. The machine will give out $2 token ($10 minimum required). This token will give you about 4 mins 39 secs of vacuum time. There are also vending machine and drink machines on the premise. This is my go to place because I drive for uber and Lyft. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place is not your average Worcester car wash. I drive across town past many other car washes just to use this one. I think most car wash owners forget that their equipment needs regular maintenance but this place seems to treat their equipment with care as if they were using it in their own homes. Just the fact that the building has a decent coat of paint on it creates an inviting experience that shows the management takes pride in their business and cares about the customer. I come to Scrub a Dub off of Shrewsbury Street very often and Michael is always working , he never ceases to have a smile on his face and help me every chance he gets. I always see him multi-tasking in order to ensure that not only the car waahing customers are immediately taken care of but also walking around checking in on the vacuuming customers are happy as well! He is an asset to this location!
Overall very convenient but the back of the car almost never gets fully cleaned, lots of area missed despite I used their best wash (Ultra). Also dry heat is not really working on mirrors, and sometimes on glasses.
This people close early all the times. It’s supposed to close at 8pm. Right now is 6:04 and is close. Definitely moving to another car wash
I used the self serve washing bay and swiped my card and apparently 15 minutes costs about $50 here. Wish there was a price/minute sign somewhere because had I known I’d pay that much I would’ve gone to my usual spot that’s automatic, is only $15, doesn’t leave the water spots on the car and actually has a dryer for when I pull out of the bay.
The vacuums barely picked anything up off of my carpets either. That was another $5.
So in total I paid $55 to use shotty equipment at a chain car wash. Don’t even waste your time/money here.
Went through the car wash twice and still the soap was all over the back of the car. Kept collecting more soap that eventually I had to wash off at home. Never happened before. Would rather do a self wash next time.
