Don’t go here unless you want to get massive scratches on your car. Machines are junk and Chris the manager at the gardener location is a joke, my wife’s car in the photo got scratched by there machine and he tried to be-little her and tell her she’s crazy when she went back in to talk about the damages. I tried to call the location but their phones don’t work and I had to talk to another location that wouldn’t give me a phone number for the owner. I always spend 15 to 20 minutes drying my car after I use this wash. If you buy a monthly membership you cannot use it at any of the other locations unless they are owned by the same owner. What made me cancel? My membership was the vacuums, they are the worst vacuums I have ever used. Very low suction, and the nozzles are so big you cannot reach into any crevice. It was violently shaking my car hard and burning the rubber on the tires. They had to hit the shut off button but they froze in fear. I purchased the T-13 Security & Remote Start Solution at the Car Toys on North Division. I am extremely satisfied. Steve was so knowledgeable and friendly it was easy to decide whether to purchase or not and what solution to purchase. It is wonderful to be able to start the car so that it is toasty warm when I get in. It is great to be able to check on my car from anywhere and to always know where my car is parked. I highly recommend buying this system from Car Toys!!
We had remote start installed. They took a lot of time and effort before and after install to help us understand pricing, which is important as it can be very confusing. The price advertised is going to be about $200 less than the installed price and if you are not prepared for that, which we weren’t, it can start to turn into a negative experience very quickly. They went out of their way to help us understand and make things end on a positive note. I am looking forward to my warm car for many winters to come! Thanks guys!!
We arrived at 845 to be first in line to get my remote start. There was a crowd waiting. We got inside to the counter, the were three guys waiting to help us all. I was first to the counter. The guy (in a blue long sleeved shirt) said hello. I told him what I wanted for my car. He said ok and asked me to step aside so he could check in the people behind me. I was told on Thursday that you didn’t do appointments. I was not happy. If I didn’t have gift cards to car toys I would have left and taken my business elsewhere. The guy that helped me was fantastic (far left on the counter). He was thorough with the explanation and helpful, definitely a guy to keep . I believe he said he worked at Aspen before. I am not happy with the placement of the relay on my window. I have never had nor seen one that is on the passenger top right of my windshield, it distracts my driving and visible from outside the car. They have always been behind the rear view mirror. The relay needs to be moved.
My wife and I have been doing business with car toys for years but sadly I won’t spend another penny here got badly ripped off in labor charges here got into a verbal shouting Match with a manager who went back and forth with me about how the numbers were correct we have used snap finance 2x with car toys came in to have 2 of our vehicles side windows tinted @$50 a window so 200 in tint charges I had a JL sub and Amp that I purchased at another car toys that I just wanted installed in our new car we were never given a final invoice for everything and we got charged almost $1400 in labor and parts I was shocked but I was told it is what it us I was given a lower price over the phone went to corporate even went as far as going to the valley store and posing as a potential customer wanting the exact c t same things done as division store did …they gave me a total quote about 600 dollars less. then I told them the truth . I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy
