They cleaned both internal screens and had experience dealing with electric cars. They accepted using my valet code for the car since I was using phone as a key. There is Whole Foods right in front so the car would mostly be ready by the time you finish grocery shopping 🙂

I reached out and he scheduled with me right away. Mario came to my house early in the day to beat the heat and did an absolutely amazing job on my full sized truck. He truly treated the truck like it was his own, which you cannot say about a lot of detainers. After a lot of time road tripping, the truck had taken a beating, but Mario restored it to its former glory. He was great about communicating pricing and time of arrival. Once Mario was here, he got to work immediately and took the time to get every single bug off my grill and every stain out of my carpet. It is almost like I am getting to drive my brand new truck all over again. AJs is the best ACCESSIBLE detailer in the Bay Area! Of course you can pay more for a concourse d’elegance detail, but nothing can beat their work for a monthly detail or weekly hand washes. HAND WASH!!! Not the drive through scratch your paint automated washes you think are great. A few $$ more and you keep your car and clearcoat nice forever. Always great deals on monthly specials $100 with wax once a month is way better than $15 washes 6x month….and if youre on the fence, ALEX is the best manager around and will take care of you to the end. The took care of my 2000 Noggy B5 S4 with paint correction, and my GTR on a regular basis.
Waste of time and money… They do a good wash for the price of detailing. Not much attention to detail for sure.
I have used AJ’s services a few times now and they do a superficial job. After taking the car home, I had to work on it myself every time to get it to the state that I expected it for the money they charge based on what I asked to be done. Each time I promised myself that I would try another place but this was truly the last time.
I explained several times what service I would need and Alex told me the price and the expected 2-3 hours it would take.
While driving home, I noticed that the job was only partly done. So, I went back the next morning to ask for at least a partial refund (as they did do some work on it) and decided to never go there again after that. Alex told me that for the price and the time he had this was the best they could do and he can’t give a refund. Well, I didn’t set a price or time limit, my only request was to get the job well done. He offered me a discount on a new round of service to do what wasn’t done when and how it was expected, but I completely lost trust in their services.
As someone who takes pride in their car it’s hard to keep it together having two son’s who mom let’s them eat any and everything in the car so i didn’t expect them to do such a good job, I live in the area rode pass so many times and never stopped could have saved me so much hassle , i included a before photo i took of the backseat the day i dropped it off for sure 5 ⭐️ service and the price was very affordable considering i woulda paid more
