Today is the first time that I’ve used Take 5. I found the employees to be friendly, the grounds are extremely clean, The car wash machines were powerful and looked fairly new. They all performed well.The vacuums we’re very powerful. I was shocked to find the detail section stocked with wonderful thick towels.cleaner for car’s interior, and window washing solution for your windows. This Detail section goes far above beyond and beyond the norm.
I’ll definitely use this car wash business again.👍🙏

But the real gem is after you get done. With the vacuums they also have a compressed air machine. And nothing is better than a dust free dash.I use the vacuum and air at the same time to blast off the seats, vents and cracks. My car smells better and best of all it’s free. I live closer to their other car wash but this location is better.
My only complaint is it’s a bit junky on the grounds and it’s a little hard to find the vacuums area. I hope the one closer to me with a nice setup gets compressed air.

I stuck around due to convenience, with the over haul of equipment the new tire shine sprayer over sprays to the rims which caused oxidizing on my chrome, so I carry a towel to shine my own tires, as I don’t want them ruined, strike two. I got a new car, transfer the service you say? Did you happen to keep your sticker info? Good luck canceling or transferring. I’ve been charged for 3 months now with out service., I can’t reach a human, don’t have the sticker number, so I keep getting charged, 3 months now to no avail.. don’t start auto of you ever think you might want to stop it. My boss had her sticker and still couldn’t get the auto service canceled. . I think it might be a scammy issue with take 5 carwashBy Jen Bosen (5 months ago)I came in for a wash and wax today. But I asked that no tire shine be applied. Because it just sprays my rims and never works right. I was informed that the tire shine wasn’t working anyway. But to get a wash and wax. I need to pay for the tire shine too.
I ended up getting just a wash. Because he couldn’t offer me the service i asked for. I got thru and my Truck was still covered in soap. I showed the manager. So he sent it thru again. This was my first time to visit this place. There are other car wash places in this area. Mister is the only one clearly post the cost for different cae wash option they offer. At the gate the staff was very helpful to explain all options again. No high pressure sales. I then went straight to the washing building. The whole process was very streamlined and problem free. Most important my car was clean thoroughly again. The one thing I really don’t like is when you drive up to pull into the bay to get washed the person directing you is dressed in black, wearing black gloves, standing in front of black or very dark blue spinners that wash your car. They’re trying to give you directions, but I can’t see their hands. The manager doesnt just let the top brushes deactivate though, he manually uses them to ensure my hood is cleaned but doesn’t damage my roof top tent. I have washed my cars at 30+ full service car wash!places over the years and Ultimate Express is by far the best ever. The staff is great and the quality of car wash is the best. Love this place.
I purchase a monthly pass and go through the fast pass lane to get into the car wash while others go through as regular customers showing up after me but getting in before me based off of the way the lines are set up. You would think that the fast oss would actually be faster as a monthly paying customer I expect better and quicker treatment than an occasional customer
Place was very nice. A little pricey but they had amazing service so it was worth it. If the service was the same I would love to have one of these in Pocatello ID. Did a pretty good job of washing the truck. Inside of the tow mirror where it folds and that part of the door didn’t get washed that great but overall it looks good

My only complaints are 1) the flow of traffic and 2) the price of the monthly subscriptions.
The wash can get very busy and have long lines. This usually wouldn’t be an issue, but the lines curve sharply and quickly go out into the street. 🚗 🚙 🚗 🚗 🚙 So sometimes I’ve passed the wash just because I didn’t want to wait clear out in the street.
Also, the pricing of the monthly subscriptions are also quite a bit more than its competitors (like Quick Quack). I also didn’t see if they offered discounts for adding multiple cars to the same account like competitors do.
If they changed these two things I would give this wash 5 ⭐️. The wash is well designed and well managed!
