Very busy full service car wash. No individual tipping but there is a tip box inside and outside. Accepts credit card but no ability to add tip on receipt or at point of sale. Bring cash for tip. I wanted $60 option but had to get $40!option because they were to busy to do the additional work. Appear to do good work but they are doing it fast. It was pretty dirty from sitting for a few months so I decided to take it to Dirty Car for a full detail inside and out. For $160 I expected to truck to SHINE.
1. They didn’t wash the top of the truck because they claimed they didn’t have the tools to wash the top
2. Still had dirt in the trunk inside and out
3. Inside windows was not cleaned Still have gnats and finger prints on the windshield
4. Vents had dust inside
5. Oil finger prints on roof interior. They owner claimed the mechanic made the finger print. OK THAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF BRINGING THE TRUCK IN TO BE CLEANEDI understand the truck was pretty dirty but if he couldn’t do the job he should have declined services
When I took the truck back the very next day after noticing all the areas that wasn’t cleaned, the owner had to nerve to tell me to purchase a magic eraser and clean it myself. To make matters worse, he also said I could stand in the sunroof and clean the roof myself. HE WASNT DOING ANYTHING ELSE and walked his happy self off. I could have took my $160 to a corner and had it done under a pop up shop for far less. I should have known better when he asked for payment upfront. Only thing I have positive to say is the lady worker was nice and tried cleaning it a bit more. Maybe should she run the shop…

The truck was clean but it was not dry and the front windshield was smudged/streaked ( I had to dry it and clean the windshield when I got home). I have rubber mats and when I got home I also noticed that the back ones had water standing on them. My husband use to go to this place all the time but since new management he has stopped going and this will be my last visit. This was my first time getting a car detailed and Nick made it a great experience. It’s a little hard to find but Nick texted me beforehand and told me to reach out if I needed help, which I did! Pretty good service and pretty good cleaning. The staff was efficient, pricing was good. There were a few spots that were missed and smudges here and there, but overall, my car looked amazing. The staff was focused on efficiency and during some interactions, kindness and southern charm were the costs. The guy the handed my my car back ended my trip well with chatting and goodbyes. He was an older black guy that went the extra mile when I asked to touch up a spot. I may come back here.
Went through the premium wash expecting an underbody wash as advertised. With salty roads this is actually the most important thing. To my surprise the picture attached was after the car wash so I called up and they said the operator probably forgot to press “the button” and to come back for a redo. No big deal. Upon return, as I pulled in I explained to the operator that the last time thru the undercarriage never got flushed they said…oh our car wash won’t clean that…you need High pressure. I guess I am surprised that a car wash who’s sole business is to clean cars doesn’t have a descent undercarriage flush.
I only go when I need a “good vacuum” or “deep cleaning”. What I get is a quick vacuum, mats not rinsed, and a speed hand dry. *grumble* I end up driving 1.5 miles down Charlotte to do a self-wash and free vacuum afterward.
I usually seek out this car wash because they’ve done a great job in the past. However, today I got the $35.00 full wash inside and out. They didn’t do a whole section of the inside including the passenger side and center console. I even told the guy the passenger side had not been done. He told me he did it already, which was completely untrue and obviously so. A total disappointment. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and you souls too.
Today I went to the car wash and spent $60 on a car wash interior and exterior. I spent extra to make sure that the dog hair was vacuumed out and it was cleaned. I got my car back it was barely vacuumed and still had mud in it…
When I called to ask about the car I was told that they do not clean cloth seats. they only vacuum them. In either case the center consul, it was pulled down to try to hide the dog hair that was not vacuumed and the seats were still muddy. Attached is a picture of the interior after the so-called cleaning.
