Very good car wash. Still need to wipe with towel after car wash. Some times car wash hit my passenger side mirror. Need to fix after wash. Love this wash. Monthly membership is good. Also there’s no members only line, so you get stuck behind people paying with a debit card. This can take awhile, because there kiosks don’t tell customers to leave the card in. The car wash leaves water spots all over my windshield. My sedan’s mirrors get slapped in half the time, not a big car. Lastly the attendant spotting you in, sometimes lets your tire hit the rails as you drive in. That’s not what we want. I had paid for an ultimate/unlimited membership and did not receive the services I paid for. I pay about $40 a month and when I asked a worker about it, his response was to cancel my membership and lose a customer. The customer service experience was overall dreadful and unwelcoming. A few patrons complained to the staff that this was happening. No one asked if I planned to wash my car afterward. They just assumed the black woman is trying to steal free vacuum services. The ironic part is that no one expressed concern the last time I was there and washed the car without using the vacuums.
One of the patrons walked over and said hey look it’s “Feliz Navidad.” 😆 Ridiculous, recording me stealing free vacuuming services. First, two then, three male staff members walked next to my car, speaking about hot water and pipes as we vacuumed. They did this in intervals.
Here’s my question: Do I get reimbursed for all the times I’ve utilized the car wash but not the vacuums?
Customer service thought: how about staff members ask patrons if they plan to wash the car once they’re finished. Oh no, that’s right, only black people steal despite the viral videos of all races using self checkout at Walmart to receive “free” groceries 😉

I went to this place because they had the highest rating in our area and because I couldn’t find a reputable hand car wash business in the area. I just bought my brand new 2023 Kia Telluride and figured I’d be in good hands and this happens! My rear windshield wiper almost completely snapped off!!! It is definitely broken and I’m so bummed out!! Young employee took my information and said the owner will be contacting me. Still waiting to hear from them. I had a digital coupon that I got from this website for new people in the neighborhood. At the beginning the gentleman said he couldn’t honor it, but I showed him that I got it digitally and he let me get my free car wash. I didn’t even need to get out of my car. You just put your car in neutral and the conveyor takes you for a ride. In the dark and then you see the light again. I then realized I can myself vacuum and dry the vehicle so that was pretty cool. I thought I was going to have to pay for the drying and vacuuming . But nope, it’s included. I appreciate all the attendants help. I will definitely return with my other vehicles and get the membership. This is going to be my new car wash location. I panicked as the machine didn’t give me an option for touchless but I asked the worker before getting on the wash belt and he adjusted the wash there. Happy with wash, prices are good! If I could give this place zero stars I would. The main conductor inside of the actual car wash was the most rude and clueless worker. My husbands Toyota Tacoma was ruined from this wash! Not only was the first time messed up because the conductor didn’t line us up right on the strip to bring us through the car wash and left the car with streaks and suds but we ran it through the second time and got even worse results! These pictures are results from the second time. It’s very rare for me to make such a bad review but wow. Their option was to run it through the 3rd time?! NO. We’re getting a refund on the premium package because this is unacceptable.
Chantel was awesome! Shining my wheels for free, wow! The monthly service is truly unlimited because I can use at any location and unlimited per day washes, which was cheaper than my last contract and I didn’t get all the goodies that Quick Quack offers. I highly recommend!

I came to quick quack a few times and finally had purchased A membership after a while of coming here. Loved how kind the staff were & how the car wash gets my car shiny and clean. Love the free vacuuming services as well. Highly recommend becoming a member with them very much worth it ! 🙂
Been coming here about once a month. I get the better $17 one time wash. Now you have to be a member to use a towel. You know use the towel to get the spots the machine didn’t get. Not sure if I’ll be coming here anymore. I know I won’t be coming here anymore.
