Unfortunately this place has a shift manager that uses the Carwash safe to see how much money it has to race his 2021 Red Mustang with customer’s . The website really needs to be updates with their prices. I went expecting to pay one price and ended up paying a lot more. I did inside and out and wanted to upgrade just the outside wash and the upgrade was going to be more than the outside wash itself.. all I wanted to do was upgrade. The attendant clearly did not know how to do it.

Great if you wash your car weekly. They took great care of my 2SS camaro 1LE. Despite how rigorous cleaning suede leather in my whole car. Even the shifter and steering wheel. The detailing prices are a little high, but great for just the car wash monthly. I contacted the basic website email giving them ALL my info, review info and reply plus the local email of the car wash provided on my review…..NO RESPONSE. NO one there cares. I am editing my review from 3 stars to 1 because of lack of customer service.On first look, when I walked up and got in the van it looked great, I mean huge difference. However upon more scrutiny when I got home, I noticed my cup holders were not cleaned, my side view mirror was not wiped down like the rest of the glass. My rear window was wiped but it looked like it was done too fast. The back seat had stains still, only looked vacuumed not shampooed. My front hood still had bugs, it obviously was not wiped down after the wash. After spending $80 plus a tip, I was a bit dissatisfied about the lack of detail. I did watch the guy clean my tires and it took him like 5 seconds, I don’t know much about tires and I dont care about the look either but if it was included in the package, I would expect it to be done right. But then again maybe it does only take 5 seconds, Idk about that part. Anyway, not totally hating on thos place, I think I got a guy who just didn’t care as much as the others.

I’ve been to this place a few times and it was cost efficient and got the job done. I returned today after months and management seems to have changed. Not only did they increase the price, they no longer dry off your car as part of the service. Additionally, I paid for the middle tier (“better wash”) and it did not even remove the bugs on the front of my car, which are there following a long drive from only 24 hours ago. This photo is from AFTER the “better” wash.
Car washes are a dime a dozen. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.
By Nobody M (7 months ago)I pulled up and advised the mud on my car and which wash is recommended. I was advised the best wash is of course the more pricey one. I’m aware of the services and what comes with the wash selected. Well it was terrible!!! The inside was good but the outside not so much. My car is still very much dirty and my rims are as well. I can promise this was my last time coming here. In the past I’ve given the benefit of the doubt and today decided to give them another chance. But after today I’m absolutely positive I will not be returning. Online their website shows $5 with towel dry, in person they tell you that was the previous owners and it’s $10 with no towel dry. Broken soap hoses, use the cheap rubber brushes that mar the paint worse than microfiber ones. Unfortunately service quality has declined over the past year. Two times in a row I’ve been unsatisfied with the detail job performed. The first time I reported it to management and they kindly made it right by revisiting the car and finishing up. This past week I paid $110 for Mini Detail with some add-ons. The pictures show the results of a $110 cleaning job 🙁
For a basic/routine cleaning, I would recommend this place. But don’t waste your money or time on any of the expensive services, you’ll be disappointed.
Wow 🤩 my car hasn’t been this clean inside and out since I bought it 3 months ago. They did a great job with the detail. When I got there I didn’t realize they were closing, but the gentleman didn’t mind and started cleaning it. Very polite!! I would recommend this location, and I will definitely be going back. Very disappointed with the so called car wash. I paid $50 for a half hearted car wash with a vehicle that is still dirty. The rear bumper is still dirty, the front bumper still has bug guts all over,the back lift gate around license plate still dirty. The Armor All they sprayed inside is poorly done. Sprayed Armor All where it shouldn’t be any. It seems they would rather make a buck on there upsell than turn out a quality job. Boy did I get screwed.
I want to thank Edgar and his team. Omar and Oscar for doing a great job on my vehicle. I moved to the area back in late September and I was searching for a full service car wash and I began to Google and found Parkway Auto Spa and I was impressed with what I read. I explained to Edgar that I had discovered some scrub marks in my vehicles paint. He, Edgar looked at my vehicle and told me not to worry. He and his team went above and beyond to take care of the situation. He also offered me a discounted credit and washed, waxed and added a ceramic coating to my vehicle. Again I want to thank Edgar and his team for taking great care of my vehicle. See you again soon my friend.
Just paid $36 to have my car washed. When I got home realized it had never been cleaned all the way.
Does not look like it was actually washed, but rather just wiped down.
Very disappointing first experience.
Selected the gold wash option asked for air freshener which in retrospect I’m realizing was never sprayed either.
