Always do a great job
Update: Not always, today was a very bad experience. Took over an hour after my car came out of the wash, it wasn’t a lack of people, people were standing around and no one was working on my car. All in all had this been my first trip it would also be my last. I will give them another opportunity. I’ll see if this is their new way of doing business or if I simply had an isolated bad experience.
Incidentally, the dirt remaining on my windshield looks something like condensation from the AC, it is not, my AC was not on.
Mats are obviously not cleaned.
Seat not wiped down.
Inside doors not clean.
Carpet not vaccumed.
Debris remaining around windshield wiper base.

My car had recently been cleaned, so today, I selected the $25 wash. Granted “super” vacuum was advertised for the special, but regular vacuum should have done better than this. My mats don’t appear to have seen any suction and underneath the mats certainly didn’t. In addition, the seats, dash, and console did not get more than a hit and miss dry cloth job. The inside windows did not get the attention they needed; fingerprints and smudges were still visible. The exterior was okay. I’m very disappointed. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, but if I do come back, I won’t selecting a wash less than $30. Watercress Car Wash is great! Conveniently located on Hwy 72W in front of the Kroger shopping center. They have attendants almost always staff the entrance kiosk that are always professional and friendly. They offer monthly unlimited plans at a reasonable price as well. Most membership car washes require you adhere an ugly sticker to your windshield but they give you the option to enroll your license plate for automated entry instead. The best part is they have complimentary towels and glass cleaner for you to use along with the vacuums. I have been going to this location since 2/2021 and had the membership of $29.99 unlimited washes. I was using them pretty regularly. In July noticed my paint looked dull and when I looked closer I could see scratches on my hood and by my sunroof. Which ironically I started having leaking inside my car day after I took it to the car was on 7/31/22. On 7/31/22 I called and reported the scratches and they said they would contact the manager. On 8/1 I went up to the location spoke with John the manager to show the damage and report it. He said his site manager Braden would have to look into it. After several calls and in person follow ups did not hear from them. My issue is this damage is to the point would need to repaint and clear coat. They are very concerned to your face but they are hoping you forget. My vehicle is a large gray Tahoe $75k vehicle. I have seen luxury vehicles in and out of this location. If it does this to my vehicle. Just think of your own car. DO NOT TAKE your car there. They do not care!!! BEWARE!!!By Toni Skinner (3 months ago)I canceled my subscriptions after they repeatedly ran out of either drying towels or window cleaner.Every time they’ve run out, they use the same excuse “people are stealing them, we’ve ordered more, and they’re on back order.”. Sounds like simple shrinkage and easily calculated into the cost of doing business.
They always manage to plan ahead and charge my card, but can’t seem to plan ahead and order towels?
There are other options nearby. I’d encourage you to seriously consider them. Unless, of course, you don’t mind water spots or are cool with paying $25 per month per car and still having to bring your own equipment.

Bug marks were not cleaned after the wash for 2 times, no towels to spot clean, the staff tried to clean the car from front but left a big scratch marks on the hood and fender. The absolute best vehicle detailing experience I’ve ever had, of any vehicle I’ve owned! Service was fast and top tier. Everything ran smoothly, and the manager in charge at the time, Mr. Jomar Harris, I think I’m spelling it correctly lol…anywho, he made sure I got everything I came for, and then some! I’m a first-time customer and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience getting our family car taken care of today. Ava at the front desk was so cordial and kind at explaining the services offered here. I am very satisfied with their work. We are relatively new in town and just discovered On the Spot after trying a few other places to get our car cleaned up and made presentable. This will be our exclusive car wash and detailing place from now on.
This is my first time using On The Spot. I must say, I am throughly impressed. The service was top notch.They provided complimentary wine, beer and organic soft drinks, additionally they had snacks and other brands for sell. Oh they also have plans to have a cigar bar. There was several places to relax throughout the the lobby, for example the lounge and bar. The price was was very reasonable for what I received. The biggest flex is is the owner was right there getting his hand dirty alone side his workers. I haven’t even talked about the quality of the wash yet. They cleaned every inch of my car, and let me tell you, I test their skills for sure. I will definitely be back. Good job, “On The Spot!”
