The best place in town to wash and detail your car if you are in a hurry. Even when it’s packed, you won’t wait for more than 15 minutes, and the results are great for the money. Inflation raised the price for the basic wash from $8 to $10, but it is still a good deal. The monthly plan is awesome and I will make sure to get it as soon as I can afford it. Staff keeps this place spotless and all vacuums working. People understand they need to be courteous and fast in order to help others and the culture is of tolerance and friendliness. I’ve been to other places where customers are rude and inconsiderate. Never here. Been coming for years and I’ve never seen a conflict. This is exactly the way it should be. No wonder it is the car wash of the Miami Heat!! 10 stars. The waiting line is insane. A lot of vacuums doesn’t work at all, so this adds an incredible amount of waiting time if you want to give so suction to the car. Needless to say that sometimes I have to make the line twice because my car is far from clean, and they charge me 30 plus monthly. But the last time I washed my car, the drying bits towards the end ripped the hood shield off my truck. I got a call back about picking up a voucher to take my truck into the body shop and get it fixed but I had moved out of state. So if there was a voucher for me to take my car into their body shop, that means their admitting it’s their fault right? Then why isn’t my truck fixed? My hood shield was not broken or falling off or whatever like one of the workers had said. Someone said they would figure something out and call me back. It’s been over a month, maybe two and no call back. I even emailed and was asked if an incident report was filled (it was) and still no email back. It was great customer service up until then. This place is not comparable to any other detailing shop. The prices may be up there, but it’s very reasonable for what you get. These guys love what they do, take their time, and do the job right. Every nook and cranny is explored and cleaned. The chemicals they use are perfect and don’t leave mast residue. I can’t speak any more highly of any detail shop. This place is super cool. You can vacuum your car free before washing it. They have different prices for car wash. It’s safe it’s reliable and it’s fast. Now it’s renovated and they added some neon lights that make the tour a little more fun.
Not as good as I thought, maybe I didn’t pay for the best service. But it’s a machine car wash I thought it could’ve been better like the guy before I enter scrubs the wheels, side skirts, and rear of my car. Again, maybe I forgot to tip someone or pay for the best service. But I have had a better experience at another car wash before I pull into the machine.
The girl taking my payment was nice and knowledgeable of specials. I was given a towel that came with dashboard wipes and an air refreshner.
I was the first customer on Sunday, August 14, I don’t blame the employees but the administration. The white liquid that they use before rinsing, apparently is of poor quality and the water did not completely erase it, it has stained my entire car and I had to take it to another place for another cleaning, they should change the machines or the products instead of trying to convince customers to take a membership, thanks
My car was so dirty that I decided since I saw the reviews and I was close by I would give it a try.
I liked that the vacuums were free with the car wash (self service vacuum) I was able to vacuum all the areas that most of the time car washes miss and they have that straight one that gets into the cracks. I also like that they have a vending machine that sells things to clean the inside like a leather cleaner wipe and air fresheners but be aware the credit card little machine DOES NOT work so it’s cash only!!!!!!! Ughhhh!!! I didn’t even have coins LOL.
I went during a busy time Because it was super busy people were waiting for the vacuums (which was around 1200p, I guess lunch time people wash their cars).
I paid for the most expensive car wash which was $16.00 that included wax cleaning, which I honestly felt that i didn’t even get and everyone just gets the same thing even tho you pay $5 or $16. The car wash belt goes so fast I felt they just threw water and soap on my car. There are still a lot of dirty parts to my car, I know it’s not a person actually washing your car but then charge less cause EVERYONE is getting the same wash no matter how much they pay.
