Worst. Car wash. Ever. I went and asked them for carwash that would just get everything vacuumed out of my car. I didn’t have time for a 2 hour+ detail so I knew my car wasn’t going to look BRAND new. But I was assured that I would be happy with the cleaning. Nope. Not. At. All. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even vacuum. Please don’t waste your money at this place. I ended up having to vacuum it out myself. I paid for second most expensive package. Wasted soo much money
First , their machine broke down which forced me to wait 1hour for my car even to get washed. Which I wasn’t mad about but no even gave a heads up or apologize or anything for waiting that long.
Second, inside wasn’t touched at all. I waited so long that once I got my car back i didn’t check their work because I was mad I was waiting for so long. When I got home I checked it and absolute worst car wash. There was multiple spots that were so obvious if they even took ONE SECOND to look and try and clean inside couldve solved 90% of the problems. I took a wet paper towel and cleaned almost all the spots withing 5 min.
I even called there manager to complain. They were busy so they took down my message and info. Said they would call me back when they weren’t busy. STILL have not heard anything. Awful experienceBy Romie Rodriguez (a year ago)STAY FAR AWAY! I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but using Jackson detailing and their windshield replace has been nothing but a nightmare. Long story short, they did a half rate detail job and installed defective glass and ended up BREAKING mirror trim kit.My windshield was handled by their glass manager, who assured me everything would be handled with whiteglove service. Then they upsold me on a full detail with assurances the senior detailer would do it. As soon as I get home from dropping the car off, I get a call saying the glass repair would take all day(opposed to the 4 hrs I was told previously). Then when I pick the car up, I find out they gave the detail to another tech, who didn’t address the specific areas I wanted and left crumbs and spots all over the interiors. Next day I get a call that I missed my glass appointment. Upon further investigation they installed a defective windshield glass and that the only issue is that the mirror kit wouldn’t be sitting properly. That even the whole mirror fell down while driving on the freeway. When I showed up to Jacksons they gave me a Saturday appointment at 7am. On Saturday I wait 45 mins for the tech to show up. When I pick up the card it’s just sitting in the sun, unlocked and I get the keys handed to me without so much as an apology. Was promised free services for my troubles, never honored. Now the mirror kit is coming down and have found a piece of tape holding it together as the mirror tech broke the clips. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

Very terrible. Paid for the VIP $40 and an additonal $10 for mats to be cleaned. My dash still had dust everywhere and my mats were NOT cleaned well. I even told them when they finished I was not happy with the mats and was told I had to pay an additional $10 for them to be recleaned. I feel scammed and I will not be returning.

I made appt for oil change, drivers side wiper, air filter, and tire rotation. I was met by Tyrone when I told him I have an appointment for service, but I would also like to get my car washed. He seemed more to push me aside. I asked him on the prices and he wasn’t very pleasant about his response. Then he called out to the service guys. A gentleman came over and I explain to him the appointment and these were the things I needed. when I returned an hour later, the jobs were complete. Later that day I looked over my receipt and realized they did not charge me for the $69.99 ( I did pay the additional $168.00 for the other services) wash I had requested so I went back to pay ,,,It was taken care of that gentleman told me there is no charge for the car wash plus the $30 wax, because I had an oil change and I said are you sure because I had an upgrade of a wash and he said yes no charge. However, when I read my bank statement, they did charge me the $69.99+ for the other services of course. So where is my free car wash then?
I went over everything with the tech before I left. He repeated everything back. I thought I was good to go and again as I read my receipt they replaced a passenger side wiper blade that I had just replaced the week before. I specifically said just a one blade and he repeated that back to me.
I also purchased the $30 wax which is basically just a spray wax that they rub on. It took them maybe five minutes for $30???
I’m not sure why things have changed so drastic at this business. However, I can’t be happy with the price I’ve paid for the services, not to mention the inside waiting room area. There’s no clerk around to ask questions no vending machines,, just an empty room with a fish tank.
I work retail and I realize how business has changed not to mention ability to keep good

This is my favorite Cobblestone in the valley. I recently got a new truck and had Cobblestone apply ceramic paint protection to it. They did an amazing job at a great price. I came to Val vista location for three time and two of these experiences were horrible and last one is when my car came out of the car wash it had a rim scratch. They sent a picture for me to look at in my email and said well it came with it. unfortunately the picture they sent, the scratch on wheel was hidden and it wasn’t the right spot for it. Coming from a person who’s tried them all it feels like, this Cobblestone is hands down, the BEST place to go to! We don’t live in this area any more but we do come back often. We now live where there’s lots of dust and dirt and on our last visit down here I brought my truck to this location to help me out ( because cleaning a dirty truck on dirt IN dirt doesn’t really work too well, no matter how hard i try 😉 ) I was blown away at how meticulously these guys cleaned everything out. Every crack, every vent, my mats were even washed off, not just vacuumed, washed! We now live where there’s red clay everywhere and it sticks to my paint like no one’s business, no matter how hard I scrub. These guys got every inch and spec of clay residue off every inch of my truck – color me impressed!! And they were busy! They had a lobby full of customers and still took their time to do it right. As a person who has very real ocd tendencies, I appreciated your hard work and I was very grateful that I didn’t have to go home and finish cleaning my truck “the right way”. Have been going to this location for many years. It is close to my work and home and frequently does promotions. This past Saturday they were serving up free tacos outside, doing give aways, and playing games with sponsors. Inside they were also promoting a puppy rescue and were doing adoptions on site(Love this!). This location offers everything you could ever need from gas and oil service to full detail car washes and all your snack needs.
Upon arriving they made me aware they were busy and offered to give me the same value express service if i didnt have time to wait for full service, which i did.
Am subtracting 1 star because there was still hair in my shifting boot and also because they dont offer any way to tip the cleaning staff without cash.
Otherwise this is a great all around location and ill be coming back for a long time

ETA: 1 hour later after leaving this 5 star review I am editing it and changing to 1 star,if I could do zero i would. Jason working the front was awesome, I won’t change that. But I picked my jeep up to my windshield shattered,my light bar stretched off on both sides,the wiring to the light bar ripped out. All they say is they cant cover “add ons”. Last time I checked the windshield was a part of any vehicle. When I dropped my jeep off it was super dirty,we did hit some mud holes. They made us aware of the $10 fee and we were fine with that but they ask you to do a review for a discount before you ever pick your vehicle up. We got the top package plus the $10 fee. The jeep still had mud on the outside. Do not recommend.
Justin and Francisco were an amazing team today. I came a day late for a full express rewash rain receipt. I made an honest mistake on the date. They respectfully honored the rewash and went over and beyond. I expected to run through the wash and then dry it myself. This car wash has the best self serve professional car detail stalls ever. So, I wouldn’t have minded. They gladly did the full service rewash, vacuum and dry. I am a very happy repeat customer.
I have used this business before and was always impressed by the level of service, so I used the detail services of this company today and boy was I impressed! My car always comes back looking like new! Justin really hooked me up with a good price and a great detailer so let me tell you: I really will be back, and that’s a guarantee!
They did an amazing job on my car and my car truly smells like Jasmine! There was great service that was professional and hospitable. I also appreciate how I was not pressured into buying a car wash package. Francisco, the facilities manager, was the highlight of my time there due to the qualities I mentioned previously.
