This car wash is a scam. It didn’t clean anything. I literally didn’t see much soap nor water pouring down to wash my car. Not heated as advertised, no tire cleaningengine chemical and the soap brush nothing comes out. Waste of my money and time. Cleans good. Drying could use some work. White spot form on your car if you don’t dry it right away. Been to at least 3 different locations and it’s the same. Wish they had touchless wash. Seems like my car has more fine scratches to my clear coat since washing here 🙄. The Ultimate package is nice but it sucks that if you want to wash your car after 7pm you’re going to have to pay at a different car wash. Overall I am pleased with the service but slightly less inthused with the quality.
1st time customer and will not be returning. I payed $49.00 and had to go home and clean my windows myself. They also vacuumed very poorly. Very disappointing that the “manager” let me leave with my vehicle looking like this. Waiting for a return call from a general manager, as I am requesting a full refund!
I love their unlimited car wash and detail service.
This was the worst service I’d ever had, normally I get a $8 car wash. But I upgraded and paid $14 for a car wash they did absolutely nothing, normally they spray your car off to kind of help loosen the dirt that was not done this was a day there was a lot of cars in line for service. So I watched as the cars rolled in and out I didn’t get out and check my car when I got home the front of my car and the areas below the doors look like nobody had ever touched them. I called the car wash service to let them know and to this day have not got a return call back I will not go back again. There were people just standing around who worked at the car lot on the outside but it just doesn’t do the service it used to do. You can’t see it really well but there’s just dirt all over the front some of it I wiped off myself because my car looked kind of awkward but they really did a lousy job this day.
Long story short: workers found $100 and gave it back rather than pocketing.
I just got home from getting my car washed and my interior detailed. I had stopped by the bank before going to Mister, and must’ve dropped a $100 bill under or around my drivers seat. I would’ve never known the cash was missing, yet when I was gathering my things to go inside, I noticed a $100 bill sitting in my cup holder. I know there were multiple people inside my car for the ~15 min I was there- so to me this speaks to, of course the staff’s honesty as a whole, but also the management at this location. A younger male was the last person in my car spraying and wiping, and an older male was the first person in my car vacuuming. I’m unsure of any names or who may have found the cash, but I hope they read this and receive the recognition they deserve. I have been a member for a few years now, and I’ve always been pleased with their service and value. Today was a prime example of how a small act can ensure keeping a customer for life.
