Cody did an amazing job!! Carisma is the BEST place for hand washing! I have too many mods to go through an automatic so I let Carisma take care of her and they always do an amazing job and all the staff is helpful and polite!! I also use them for my oil change AND they’ve filled a chip in my windshield! Please bring some extra cash with you to tip these guys! I even told them I needed the seats wiped down (leather) so if they needed to charge extra they could.
When I went out, I opened the lift gate to put my bag in the back and it was never touched. Never. I asked for a rag and helped one associate wipe down and cleaned out a couple of dirt spots. Bug gunk left on the car, water spots where it was never wiped down, and an associate threatened to fight me because the other told him I was “mad” at the job he did, so it’s all in a good day I guess. Never going back.

an hour agoThe guys are scammers beware! We used to go here often for details but in December they upsold a windshield repair to my wife. They messed the repair up and caused more damage to the windshield. They told us they would replace it and for 4 months the gave us every excuse in the book to buy more time. Now 4 months later they are saying they won’t be taking care of the damage. The windshield repair company already had our windshield ordered and ready for install but Carisma had not paid them yet. They also informed us that the guys that Carisma has doing repairs are NOT trained on windshield repairs. These guys are scammers and should not be trusted. We will have to find somewhere else to have our details done because we will no longer do business with these scammers. BEWARE SHADY OWNERS!!Response from manager:
“Mr Gutierrez – CARisma has and will always warranty our windshield repair work. The reason your windshield was not replaced is because it cracked due to a NEW chip. A chip that we never repaired. We cannot be responsible for future chips, only the chips that we have repaired.I did speak with our Windshield vendor and he assured me that he never said that our technicians were not trained. All our technicians are fully trained and have been performing repairs for years.
I hope you can appreciate that we only warranty repaired chips and not future chip.”
My response: I have photos from before the chip was over pressured by your “trained tech” and a photo from right after. Then many photos from each time it grew. The “new chip” is nowhere near the crack that was caused from the over pressure of the fill by your “trained tech”. Proof and documentation is everything. It is documented in a spreadsheet each time a visit was made and each time a call was made along with whom was spoken to and what was said 🙂 The windsheild was even ordered months ago from the company you use to fix your customers windsheilds, yet all of a sudden after lying about the manager being on vacation, off that day, sick with covid and a broken bone “we only repair damages done by our trained techs.” Why start the warranty process just to say “nevermind” after so many fake delays? So let us know when it’s paid for so CARisma can “warranty its windshield work.”

I love that my dogs and I can go have fun in my jeep then I drop it off with these guys and a few hours later they make it feel like I’m driving it brand new of the car lot again! Around 100 dollars more than just getting a oil change at the dealership and I get the same oil change, hard wax, amorall everything, and carpets shampooed in 2-3 hrs. Always super friendly and it always shows that they take pride in what they do. Don’t know about the other locations but I wouldn’t take my jeep anywhere else. Oil change went great, the wash not so much. I was there over 2-1/2 hours and that is totally uncalled for. Saw employees standing around talking, I watched my car as he did washed my windows 6 times. Stand around talking to other workers. He put all my stuff in a trash bag. When I asked him he said that is your stuff that was in the center console. Why not put it back. The interior was NOT armorall like promised.
The employees were very nice and friend and so was the manager. When you ask for a package they should tell you it will be this long for your car to be completed with such and such package. The price was fair and the service was great. The guy who cleaned my truck was so safety minded and concerned, as I had my 90yr. old mother with me, in that he suggested that I allow him not to armor-all the side steps so that she wouldn’t slip getting in and out of the truck. They returned me a car that felt as if it was rained in and stated the car was shampoo’d and needs time to “air out”. Fast forward two days and the car developed a disgusting, mildew smell that will make anyone person with a working nose vomit/gag. Took it back and they just reshampood it and gave me the car back, still wet in the interior, the staff told me to leave the doors open for a couple hours to let the car dry. I did it, still the horrible stench remains. Called them back, requested a manager and they had some guy named Byron take my call, and they just took my info and said they’d talk the “main boss” and call me back. No response since and I’m stuck with a vehicle I wouldn’t let any of my loved ones sit in. I tipped them on each of my visits too. First time getting my car washed at this location and it was great! McKayla was super sweet, made great conversation, and was knowledgeable about the deals they had going on. Car wash itself was very good and the vacuums work perfectly. Will be returning!

I took my car and asked for the lowest level wash. I paid with a gift card and when they told me the amount left it wasn’t right. The guy charged me for the highest level wash. I asked for a refund and was told to call customer service. I called customer service and someone named Leo said there was nothing they could do and I couldn’t talk to a manager and no way to file complaint.
Great location, stellar customer service and great washes!! Love this place. 10/10 would recommend!! Unlimited Memberships are the way to go!!
