Clintonville Auto Detailing is amazing!! They did such an incredible job on my car- it looks brand new! I felt like it wasn’t that dirty when I brought it in, but after picking it up I realized how bad it was before bringing it in! Didn’t receive any calls on status of service being performed. Called was told service had been completed hrs ago. Go to pick up SUV and there were many things not to my satisfaction. The detailer had left and wasn’t returning back to correct what was not completed. The “Manager” -Terry steps in to address the concerns. Was advise to let the carpet air dry over night and leave windows down. Oblige, next couple of days past leaving my windows down parked in the garage and my SUV had an unpleasant smell of wet carpet. Call in inquiry suggestions and received a totally different level of customer service. Was talk to like as though it wasn’t my problem. The price of paying for the service requested and to be given a half a** job of service. Was not acceptable. In the beginning of contacting the business was a wonderful experience. But day of service being rendered was not the best for an expensive request of service. Not that they care I WONT be RETURNING!
There was no “Oh!! We’re sorry let’s make it up with a partial discount or partial refund”

I contacted the owner of this business because a large box of wine emptied itself in my vehicle overnight and my vehicle smelled like liquor. The odor was so strong and my husband and I were unable to remove the smell.
