Quality not worth the price. They’re Brussels system did not completely clean a low-level amount of dirt on my vehicle. Their tire shine system does not apply enough tire shine to the vehicle to offer any shine other than an attempted cleaning. So avoid if that’s what you’re looking for. The facility is well lit for safety reasons, always kept clean and stocked, the brush and mop bucket at the entrance is always full and the vacuum hoses are always in service. The washes themselves are reasonably priced and the monthly subscription is also a good bargain. This location as well as the others around the city of Clarksville is locally owned and operated which is one of the reasons why I patronize this establishment. My car is so clean. I have a membership and I love it. Worth every penny. I have a grandson that has Autism and the car wash is his favorite place to go. Sometimes I go through 5 times. The attendants are so great about it. Other car washes limit your daily usage. All in all they are great!
Paid for platinum, after wash still had bugs on windshield and grill, hood was still dirty. Allowed me to go back thru and while driving home still had dirty windshield. I know bugs are hard to get off but 2 washes and not clean.
9 Oct 22 – I did not call as asked and decided to return because of location to my house and give them another chance. I usually was the truck myself but some health issues are limiting. Purchased the platinum, went thru, drove 1.7 miles home, got out of truck and again disappointed. As I entered the wash, a young lady attempted to spray what I would assume is bug cleaner on the grill and barely got the sprayer on before she had to move out of the way. As I went by, she hit the back on my drivers side mirror. I wish I had better pictures of the hood which of anything should be spotless. White streak down the middle, and along the inner sides of indents. I think the grill speaks for itself. Windshield at bottom between blades and below is still dirty where blades do not hit. 20$ for 2 minutes would think truck would be clean top to bottom. Again sorry pictures are not the greates.
The people that work there are very nice and everything. It’s just after I went through the car wash my car was still dirty. So I don’t know if it was just not working correctly or what but it wasn’t really worth the $20.00 I spent on it.
I signed up for the PLATINUM EXTERIOR membership. The employees are the friendliest, always happy to see you, and helpful. The car wash is the most amazing wash I’ve ever had. After my second wash, my car looks and shines better than the day I bought it. I will never take my car to any other car wash.
The employees are very friendly and listened to my concerns. The one female today listened to my concern and took me seriously. I didn’t feel safe and she made sure to take notes on who the person is so they can keep a look out. Thank you.
